NOTE: LOTS OF UPGRADES added. We just added all New stainless steel appliances, a new central air conditioning system, and beautiful wood flooring.
Our wonderful location is full of rich cultural and historical history and has a legendary past. Our ideal location is directly adjacent to Kahalu'u Beach Park. Many of our guests love it so much they come back year after year.
OCEAN VIEW, Best Snorkeling, Surfing...Best Location at Beach We are the closest condo complex to the BEACH (about 50 yards from the sand.) and this is the newest condo complexes in the last several years. We have been with VRBO from the time they first went online. I really enjoy what I do and have a tremendous passion for The Big Island. Our location is perfect for couples or families. There is so much to do. A surf shop is a block away. You can take paddle board or surf lessons, rent gear including boards and canoes. We now have bikes to rent right in front of the complex.

In our condo, I like to pay attention to detailing when decorating our unit.
Also note, this condo could accommodate up to 5- 6 people, as we do have 2 fold away beds or blow up beds available.
Now for my description......:) We own 2 side by side units in the building, so if this one is booked just message me and we may have the other one available. Ahhhhhh…… Paradise. ALOHA, You have found the perfect Hawaiian Vacation Spot. We are located right at the BEST snorkeling beach on the Big Island, even the lifeguards were talking about it when we were there in Oct. It can't be beat. If you love to snorkel, this is the condo you want. The snorkeling is absolutely incredible and since you are right there, you have the opportunity to go morning, noon and early evening. There are so many species of colorful fish and they are so friendly. When recently and I felt like I was in 'Fish Heaven,' they were that beautiful. Also, this is a Bay where many sea turtles hang out. They love swimming along with you. I will be happy to share some of our pics or You-tube video with you. As for ...

We loved our week-long stay at Gail’s condo! It was our first trip to the Big Island, and we had a great time in Kailua town. Access from the condo to the town and other sites on the island was convenient, especially going to the coffee farms (we visited Greenwell) and going north to Hāpuna or Mauna Kea beaches. The kids enjoyed going to Kamakahonu Beach, which had “soft sand” and a nice cove for kids to practice snorkeling in calm water. Go to Ululani’s for the best shave ice, and get parking validated for 3 hours in the Courtyard parking lot :) The condo layout was perfect for our family of 4, and we appreciated that our 6 and 8 year olds had twin beds at one end of the condo with their own bathroom. The master bedroom was a great space on the other side, with views of the beach, and the kitchen and bathrooms all are updated well. We enjoyed being able to walk across the street and be on the sand in 3 minutes, with great snorkeling. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, usually in the afternoons or evenings. The proximity to good food options, like Royal Thai and Kenichi Pacific, was really nice, as well as easy access to the Longs Drugs and KTA. Overall it is a fantastic location and condo, and we will definitely stay here again on Big Island trips!

Really can't go wrong with Gail's condo. It was clean, well-kept, well stocked, and the BEST location! Just a short walk across the road to a great snorkeling beach and surf spot. Hop on the trolley to great dining and shopping. Just a short drive to the marina for excursions. Well-stocked kitchen to cook the day's catch as well as breakfast every morning. Great setup with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We were a family of five adults and were all comfortable-even with one on the sleeper sofa! Gail was an amazing host with valuable suggestions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great experience and a lovely home. We were very comfortable. We used the trolly a lot but parking at the property is easy and ample. The beach across the street is awesome for snorkeling. We will come back.

This property worked well for exploring the Kona side of the island. This is a small condo complex which feels very private. The unit is tastefully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The two things that made this a great place to stay were the outside dining area of the unit which overlooks the beach across the street and the pool area. The pool had an infinity edge which also overlooks the beach. The hot ton felt great there were areas that were shaded.
