Had a great stay. The room was as described, it was very clean, check-in/out was a breeze, the sunset view was incredible, and the location made several restaurants quite accessible.
The iconic Ilikai Suites are located at the gateway to Waikiki.

We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Easy check-in. Good communication. Great location. Everything in the room worked and kitchen was quite well fitted with cutlery, plates, pots, etc. A few items felt tired and the room could benefit from some minor maintenance but overall very good value

The maid was still in the unit at the check-in time. That's not good. Maybe we rushed her. The place was dirty. Coffee grounds still in the coffee maker. Coffee residue in mugs. Floor was dirty. Trash underneath the sofa. Really?
