This unit is located on the beach. The views were spectacular. We were blessed with perfect weather. The pool and grounds are very well kept. The pool was warm and clear and honestly we felt like it was kind of a private pool. The only issue we had was the wedge tailed shearwaters. These are nocturnal birds that make a noise like a person moaning and a baby crying. They start around 10 pm and go all night til about 4:30 am. We had to close the big slider door so it was quite warm in the master bedroom. I guess adding AC to that room would be the only thing I could have asked for. The coconut coast is beautiful and the lava lava beach club is only a short walk down the beach. (Highly Recommended) Love the location and plenty of parking up close. Kapaa' is a cool little town and it has everything. maybe 10 min drive. Same for the airport, but the flight path does not come over this location so no biggie. Highly recommended.
From check in to check out, this property did not disappoint! Comfortable, well stocked, clean, convenient to area attractions, and overall would highly recommend!
This condo is spacious with a family of 4 it never felt cramped. It has everything you need to cook, beach stuff, loads of towels, toiletries... all the amenities of your home but in Kapaa. We will come back for sure, looking forward to the next trip
The view from this condo is so beautiful you will have to force yourself to get up and see other parts of Kauai. But the location is perfect for visiting both the north and southareas. Condo is well equipped and walking distance from Lava Lava if you want someone else to do the cooking.
Everything about this property was excellent. The view from the comfortable balcony was breathtaking. Nice pool and beach. The condo itself was well stocked with anything you needed.
The condo was just as described. Only one bedroom has air conditioning but the other room will need several fans to keep the air circulating. But overall weβd stay here again. Pillows could use upgrading.
This being our first time to the island we were hesitant on where to stay with no real back ground knowledge.
Location of this rental was great with it being a 5 minute walk to the stores and only 15 minutes from the airport.
View from the balcony was incredible and you can see the waves crashing on the beach.
Pool was very warm but thatβs to be expected after a warm summer. Pool was never crowded and was very quiet.
Only one room has AC in it but with all the windows and doors open there is a nice breeze. It was a little warm during the day but was pleasant at night.
Truly my only real issue with the rental was the master bed rooms bed. It was the firmest mattress I have ever encountered.
Having a full kitchen and Landry was great.
Overall I will stay here again. Loved it and would recommend to anyone.
The ocean front view was stunning and the best asset of the property. Overall, the property was comfortable on the inside with a well equipped kitchen. Our disappoint was with the accuracy of the pictures. The unit could use some cosmetic updates to justify the high rental cost as it looks a bit tired overall. The carpet felt crunchy in areas and in need of replacement. The guest room bathroom shower door didnβt close completely and needs immediate attention. The hardware on the doors looked ancient and rusty. The screens on the lanai doors were torn and looked in need of replacement. Our biggest disappointments was with the uncomfortable lanai furniture. The lanai is the best feature of the unit yet the furniture was too uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. They could also use an additional lounge chair as well. The inside sectional sofa was very comfortable in contrast. Also, there was a smoke detector that kept beeping and that was removed from the ceiling before we arrived. After talking to the manager, we discovered that it had been placed in a drawer in the bar area with the battery not removed but dead which caused the constant beeping. This is a safety issue as well as an annoyance and should have been addressed before our arrival. My final complaint is with the early checkout time. Iβve never had to checkout of an VRBO before 11:00am.
My husband and I stayed here and were blown away. We felt like we were in the presidential suite of a luxury hotel. We enjoyed meals on the spacious lanai. This condo has everything you need for the beach, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and cooler. There is no central AC, but the screen doors and multiple ceiling fans were sufficient. The second bedroom does have a window ac unit, but we didnβt need to use it. We slept in the master with the sliding door open a listened to the calming sounds of the ocean. The property grounds were peaceful and well kept. There are only a few units on the property which make is feel more secluded and peaceful, while also being steps away from the beach. We enjoyed everything about our stay here.
Everything was absolutely wonderful. Our accommodations were beautiful with everything we needed. The view is breathtaking and the space was beautiful and inviting. Highly recommend!!
We loved everything about this property. First time on Kauai, just a quick stop before a Maui trip, and we hated to leave. Perfect location, everything was so clean, best stocked kitchen ever, really appreciated the beach gear. Could not have loved this more, the two queens in the second bedroom were perfect for our adult sons and hard to find. Thank you to the owners for sharing this bit of paradise, we feel so blessed.
This was our first trip to Hawaii and we couldn't have been in a better condo. Everything we needed was there to make our trip that much more enjoyable. From everything you needed in the kitchen, including spices, coffee filters, ice maker in the freezer, to beach chairs, ice chest and boogie boards for the kids it was amazing! We cooked breakfast every morning and enjoyed the ocean sounds and beautiful views right off the balcony. The neighbors were great and we had a great time chatting with them during our week stay. The property management company was quick to respond to our messages if we had any questions. It truly felt like we were at a second home. The owners take very good care of their home and it shows as soon as you walk in. This was the best vacation rental we have every stayed in. Has a gorgeous view from balcony. Spacious and kitchen is well stocked with good pans and knifes and spices, Great location where you can explore both sides of the Island and are close to airport and excellent municipal golf course. Facility well maintained and pool and grill areas are clean and have a family atmosphere. Highly recommend
