Aloha! We are back on the rental market after a lengthy remodel! Enjoy beautiful ocean views while relaxing in our very spacious 2 story, 2 bedroom/2.5 bath Condo/Townhouse! Our end unit, #1702, has 1500 sq ft of living area, plus 400 sq ft of lanai/patio area. Great views of Kahoolawe, Molikini, and spectacular sunsets! With 2 separate entrances (one lower and one upper) there is no need to carry your luggage up or down any stairs! With Ekolu Village being a low rise (2 story complex), there are no neighbors above or below you!

This beautiful townhome has been completely renovated. My daughters and I have decorated our home in what we call "beach chic"! It is cool and comfortable and sparkly! The kitchen has been completely remodeled with new cabinets, quartz counter tops, and all new appliances. All three bathrooms have also been updated with new cabinets, quartz counter tops, new showers, sinks, and toilets. There are 3 brand new separate AC units, along with new ceiling fans, in the Living Room, and in each Bedroom.

The Upper level has a large Living Room, 1/2 Bathroom, fully equipped Kitchen, and Dining Area. The Living Room has a large flat screen TV, with premium digital cable and DVR. Also connected is a DVD player. We offer free high speed wireless internet which works great in every room!

The kitchen offers everything you need to make a gourmet meal or a quick breakfast! Brand new coffee maker, blender, toaster, rice steamer, and mixer. New dishes, glasses, pots and pans and bakeware! There is a brand new stainless steel refrigerator/freezer (w/ ice maker and filtered water), brand new microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher.

The lower level has 2 over sized Bedrooms, 2 full Bathrooms, and a brand new full sized Washer/Dryer. There is a fold down ironing board and iron next to the laundry area. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains for extra privacy. The Master Bedroom has a very comfortable CA King Bed. The adjoining Bathroom has 'his & hers' sinks, with a beautiful new walk in shower. There is also a 32' LCD TV on a swivel wall mount which also has premium cable. The large Guest Bedroom has 2 comfortable Queen Beds. There is also a 32' flat screen T.V. in this room too and cable. The Guest Bathroom, located next to the bedroom, has a large walk-in shower.

There are beach towels, chairs, ice chest, umbrella, and sand toys for your use.

The Vrbo was everything we could ask for and more. It was our home away from home- extremely comfortable and the perfect location for our Maui babymoon. Lisa was great to communicate with and made our check in very easy and smooth. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while in Maui.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s condo! The condo has everything you could need and is kept in pristine condition. All the appliances, furniture and decor are top notch. Extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the lanai was amazing, especially at sunset. Lisa is an excellent host who has thought of everything to make your vacation memorable!
