We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Nice, simple, and small place to stay. Had everything we needed except for a coffee grinder. Description was slightly inaccurate: there IS soap and a change machine available in the laundry room. I didn’t realize this until after I bought soap (smallest container at the store was much more than we needed during our stay) and found a change machine at a neighborhood laundromat. Otherwise, good location, walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Lots of security around, felt very safe for a city location.

Enjoyed our short stay.. everything we needed from comfortable beds to fully supplied kitchen. Beach supplies came in handy. Very clean! Great housekeeping staff. Hotel pool was great and in general amazing Ilikai stay! Parking was not a problem. We prepaid at $7 a day.. verses $23. Centrally located and never felt to far from any one place. Thank you for a great stay!

The property manager was very responsive, the room was updated and perfect for my family of 5. Located in a hotel which had some nice pools, located next to the ocean, bellman service, valet was great. Highly recommended!
