The first sentence in this property description should state that the views are amazing! Every day we enjoyed the views either from the lanai at sunset or first thing in the morning listening to the birds. When we stayed the whales were just moving in and we could see some of the big whale splashes from the lanai. Using the condos binoculars, we could watch the babies breaching and tales splashing. The kiddos loved it just as much as we did. We enjoyed many beaches and appreciated the amenities the condo has to offer with chairs and boogie boards. Waikoloa Village has a beautiful community with all of the amenities. It is centrally located so it’s close to some beautiful beaches, Hawi (highly recommend hiking Pololu Valley and eating ice cream at Our Founding Farmers), Waimea (visit the Farmers Market on Wednesday morning), rain forests on the east side of the island, and good food and shopping right down the road. We truly loved it here and can’t wait to bring our family back. Thank you!!
This was a beautiful property and the pictures are a very accurate description of what it looks like. The furniture was high quality and comfortable. There were more than enough dishes, appliances and such available. Gorgeous views and great location.However, the lack of AC was an issue as the only way to get a decent breeze throughout was to leave the front door open. Even then it only reached the main area and only when the wind was blowing. One of the provided fans (in addition to ceiling fans) was not working. Response from the owner was delayed and lack luster (delivered a new fan 2 days later, unassembled and was curt about my unwillingness to assemble it myself and my apparent ungratefulness for their effort). There was also full sized, in use toiletries in the bathrooms as well as open condiments in the fridge. When this was mentioned to the owner I was told that most people appreciate condiments being provided. That would be true if they were new and unused. I will take responsibility causing some of the possible tension with the owner as we did smoke on the patio, which did distress the neighbors. There was no clear restriction against that but I do understand how that could have caused a problem. We did stop as soon as it was brought to our attention. The abrasive attitude of the host did not. Ultimately we left after only 3 nights of what was supposed to be a 7 night stay.

This was a fantastic unit in the heart of Waikoloa Village! If you dont have to be down by the water this is perfect location as it is a breeze to A-Bay (10min drive) or up to Waimea.
Morning Coffee on the Lanai with ocean view, birds chirping and cool breezes were enjoyed daily! As a golfer, the golf course location cant be beat for lazy days watching the players come up the 9th hole. Easy walk to the golf course clubhouse and driving range/practice facilities.
The amenities offered were great as the kids enjoyed use of the pool and we took advantage of the kitchen at poolside for some great family meals.
The unit was perfect for our family of four with ease in communication of needs to the property manager who was very attentive.
It was a great stay overall and we will definitely return in the future!! What a great time.
The accommodation lived up to it's billing with two bedrooms and two bathrooms suitable for our family. We particularly liked the ground floor location overlooking the golf course, because we could relax on the patio and eat outdoors. The only problem was that the description assumed that we would arrive during the day, when the numbers of the apartments could be seen on the outside of the building. Due to our flights, we arrived at 10pm when the outside of the building was pitch black and so it required some detective work to locate the apartment because the numbers were not on the doors. The arrival information needs to be amended.
Nice place. It should be advertised that there is no air conditioning though. It was fine during the day but hot at night when trying to sleep. There are fans. The ceiling fan in one room did not work and the floor fan just didn't cut it.
Overall nice place if you can stand the heat!

Other than lacking a 2nd key, this place was ideal for our family. Having in-house laundry was especially nice. Highly recommend for a comfortable family stay.

Over all, nice condo. No AC, was disappointed at first but really do not need until dust storms come through. Very dated. Needs new furniture. Didn't use dining room table, all glass and falling apart. Needs general maintenance... kitchen tiles, tiles on patio - covered with rugs as to not cut feet. Two house keys would be nice. Needs a swifter for the floors. Was well stocked necessities. Great area.
Loved our stay at this well-appointed condo in quiet Waikoloa Village. All the comforts of home, beautiful golf course location with fantastic sunset views.
We love Waikoloa Village, and especially the location of the villas for sunset and privacy.
Highly recommended! Close to everything: beaches, resorts, golfing, and the bonus, the unit is 5 minutes walk to a nice supermarket / grocery store plaza.
