Our 4th time at Kiahuna plantation, and it was great! My teen daughters enjoyed swimming and sunsets, as well as close by fruit stands! The place had everything to make meals and was close enough to many restaurants when we did not want to cook!
Kiahuna Plantation is my favorite place to stay on Kauai, and this condo was the best out of the three I’ve rented. It’s very comfortable and nicely decorated. I also loved looking out at the monkeypod tree, and I appreciated its location within the complex (easy parking just in front and directly across the street from the Poipu Shopping Village with its many shops and eating options.). The property management’s maintenance people were very prompt and helpful with two minor issues. I would be happy to return (at least for as long as I can manage three flights of stairs!)
We enjoyed the location. Close walk over to the beach and across the street to the shopping center and athletic club. Our only slight dislike was the stairs especially with beach gear, luggage, etc. which is why I gave 4 stars for location. It was a very peaceful location so that offsets the stairs! We loved hearing the breeze and the rain through the night. We’d rent again.

Condo was very clean. There is a kind bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. Well decorated. Beach gear is provided. Few restaurants and coffee shop is within walking distance. We also enjoyed visiting beach club. Highly recommend this place.

Very comfortable king bed combined with all the white noise of multiple fans and the sounds of trade winds blowing…we were lulled to sleep each night.
Spent time on the beautiful lanai each morning while sipping coffee enjoying the quietness of the morning and the view of the monkey pod tree🤗

The unit we stayed was just as published - clean and close to the beach, stores, restaurant and a great gym & pool.
It would have been nice to have air conditioning, but we were able to adapt to the temperature quite quickly by leaving the windows open in the evenings and night.
We would recommend the unit, but would have liked that there would be more storage for our clothes (we stayed 7+ nights) and that there would be more kitchen basics, such as salt, pepper and oil for our cooking needs.
We definitely recommend the location for its landscaping, beautiful beach and even the amenities - surfing lessons on site. Thank you for the beautiful stay.
A fantastic location for anyone! The unit was clean and well maintained. Stocked kitchen for the nights that we wanted to cook and spacious enough where we didnt feel cramped. The beach is a short walk away and had beach equipment to use. Megan was excellent to work with and provided great recommendations for activities to do locally and around the island. She was also very accomodating when we needed to adjust our plans. Would absolutely stay again! Thanks for sharing your place Megan!
Our whole family stayed at various properties on the resort and I liked ours the best. It was close to the pool and easy access to the beach. We had everything we needed for a great vacation.
The privacy, location, and coziness of the apartment make this one of our favorites in Kiahuna. The third floor was worth the climb, and the place was super clean. The bed was comfy, and the larger deck (and overhang) was perfect for the occasional rainy day. The owner was fantastic at communicating, and we'd come back here in a second if we could.
We really enjoyed our stay in this ground level, AC condo. It was clean and in a great spot. There are a few things that we could suggest that would help others I believe. There was only 1 dish rag and dish towel for 9 days and that was hard. There could be some more spices that are commonly used for cooking. There was a coffee maker and that made the week fun to sit on the Lanai and listen to the birds. In the outside closet there was only one chair not pair but there was 2 grass matts, that didn't make sense to us. I think that with these small things we would still stay there again they weren't a no go for staying there.

It was so convenient not having to drive to the beach! The king-size bed was so comfy! There was a pack n play for my baby to use and she slept great in it. There is a closet full of beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc! The lanai is beautiful with a nice private view. There is a cleaning fee you pay to the resort at time of check-in at the main office, so be mindful of that! It is on the 3rd floor so consider how much luggage you bring with. The host was great and very prompt with replying to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

The owner was super kind and quickly responded to any questions we had. The location was amazing as well- walkable distance to multiple beaches and close to multiple shopping centers. Better than we thought, lovely breeze comes through with the sounds of birds chirping - just so relaxing, 5 min walk through the gorgeous resort to the best beach on the island ! Well stocked, chairs and umbrella for the beach were much appreciated, close to coffee shops, cute shopping area across street, with restaurants and a small grocery store, and bar at the pool was great to grab a cocktail.
