Calm Kaua‘i Delights. Located in the leading resort community of Princeville, Kauai, Wyndham Bali Hai Villas truly captures the splendor of Hawaii. Princeville and the neighboring town of Hanalei offers an abundance of restaurants, beaches, galleries.
Your 2 bedroom sleeps 6 It has a king-size bed in the master bedroom along with a Jacuzzi tub. The 2nd bedroom has either a queen bed or two full-size beds. I have both, so if you have a preference please let me know, and as long as it's available we will do our best to get that for you. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Your condo is fully equipped for cooking with a full-size kitchen complete with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, glassware, silverware, and full-size refrigerator. There are flat-screen televisions in each bedroom plus in the living room.
Upon arrival, the 24-hour concierge will check you in and provide your keys. The resort collects an occupancy tax for the State of Hawaii of 6.24 (subject to change) per day, not per person, per unit.
At the time of booking, please provide the name and address with zip of just 1 adult who will be present at check-in. It is important to note that the guest whose name is on the reservation, must be the one checking in, and must be at least 21 years old at the time of check-in. This person can only have 1 reservation in their name. This is who the resort will give the keys to. Please be sure of the name you provide for checking in as if this has to be changed, Wyndham charges $129 for a new guest certificate.

Unit was spacious and well appointed. We were one building away from lobby, gym, and pool, so super convenient. This complex is in the heart of Princeville. Quick drive to shops, restaurants, and Hanalei Bay. Didn't love the fact that we had to pay $20 for ac. Yes, the outside temp is tolerable, but the noise of the kids and chickens around us pretty much forced us to use the AC so we could close the windows and block the sound. Other than that, all was great.

Overall the host was great and so was our stay. Upon arrival to the resort they had booked the unit we rented, but luckily said they gave us a free upgrade to a 3 bedroom presidential unit. This was a nice surprise. At no fault of the owner however the customer service desk at Wyndham somehow gave us the wrong room number and programed our keys to a unit someone else was staying in. We checked in late around 7 or 8pm and walked right in on someone else in a condo. It was embarrassing, but I went back to customer service and they appologized then checked us into a new vacant room. The room nice and spacious. The grounds, pools, BBQ area, hammocks, and veggitation was beautiful. Very close to Hanalei Bay, Napali hike, restaurants, and more.

Nice big place, large bathroom was awesome. Happy that it was ground floor. Everything was clean and lovely. Roosters at 3:30am were a little harsh - not the fault of the condo owners of course!

The unit was as advertised. Having an air conditioner in the master bedroom was very nice. Had a little trouble with check in procedures. But all in all had a wonderful stay. Very nice property I give it five stars

This is a very nice resort. Our condo was conveniently located to the main lobby, pool and grill. A shopping center is right up the road and there are a few restaurants in it. Our suite was spacious, clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The cooler they had was a nice addition and came in quite handy. Our luggage did not arrive with us and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in providing us with personal care items. We did not participate in their time share presentation and did not feel pressured to do so. We would recommend it.

The Bali Hai staffs are very good and helpful to the guests. The room we got was a large 2BR with a full kitchen plus some slightly dated "tropical" furniture. The pools are nice and the BBQs are a plus. There are lots of timeshares in Princeville with better views but this place made up for it with great service and good pricing.

My son and I spent 4 nights at this property and were very happy with the accommodations. Staff and housekeeping were responsive to issues that needed immediate attention (locked out of room once and dishwasher broken). My only complaint was that reservation was not under my name when I checked in causing some anxiety after a long flight (quickly remedied with a phone call), and front staff was a bit aggressive with time share selling (3 attempts, 4 days, one phone call at 8 am first morning). But overall - great spot and would recommend.
