This one bedroom, one bath 2nd floor unit features a brand new plush King size bed for a restorative sleep. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private lanai as you watch the Kihei Canoe Club paddle their outriggers on the calm morning waters. You'll hear the ocean waves on the beach as you see the morning light grow. Imagine having your sunset cocktail looking out at the ocean from the comfort of your own island oasis. It's perfect to watch the sun set at the end of the day then go down to the grill to cook out, cook in on full sized stove/oven, or go out for a night to remember. Sugar Beach Resort sits on the edge of the soft sandy beaches of Sugar Beach. On property amenities include a heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, Dina's Sandwitch restaurant, vacation planning center with equipment rentals and shops. Just a short walk down the road guests can find amazing island grown fresh fruits and vegetables at the local farmers market. You can also walk to the Kealia Pond National Animal Refuge just a five minute walk up the beach.

Our second stay at the building. Beach access is tremendous. Sunsets are always stunning. Pool is a comfortable afternoon ritual. Thanks for the worry-free stay!

Great place. Quiet Beach with sunrise and sunset views. Our host Theresa was very available and responsive. Stop by the sandwich shop for a meal and drink, you will be glad you did.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s clean with gorgeous view and nice beach just few steps away. It’s a windy part of Maui but waves are not high even on a windy day, perfect for small kids. The property manager was not responsive. The safe inside wasn’t working and we never got replies from the manager. There were some dishwasher pods and laundry detergents but not enough for our stay.
