If you are looking for the perfect location to surf, swim, eat, and relax on the North Shore, then you have found it! This is just the right balance of being close to everything, yet away from the crowds. Rocky Point beach access is directly across the road. This is one of the few beaches that offer both elite surfing, and easy swimming. Pipeline and Sunset beach are only a half a mile in either direction, connected by the bike path.

This is the entire upper level of a beautiful Hawaiian style house. The downstairs of the home is also a rental with separate entrance and parking. There is also a studio on the property occupied by a long term tenant.

It is a comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom space with 1500 sq ft. A huge covered deck surrounds the entire home. It has a large dining table, outdoor furniture and BBQ to relax however you see fit. The house is on a half acre of land, and set back so street noise is at a minimum. The Paumalu Mountains are directly behind, which offer dramatic views. And the lush landscaping surrounding the entire property gives a true Hawaiian feel. Grab a cold drink on the deck, kick your feet up, and watch those palm trees sway!

Besides every water sport imaginable, there are plenty of other things to do in this area. Yoga, horseback riding, hiking, historic Haleiwa Town, Polynesian Cultural Center, and Turtle Bay Resort with Golf Course and Spa are all within 10 miles of the property.

The food options will satisfy any appetite and budget! The local grocery store, Foodland, is only 1.5 miles away. Gourmet food trucks also abound, serving up just about anything you can imagine. Haleiwa and Turtle Bay also have amazing restaurants, from surfer grinds to world-renowned fine dining. Teds Bakery is a local favorite, only a mile away on the bike path.

We hope to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. Two bedrooms each have king sized beds, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Amenities include smart TV, DVD player, internet, outdoor BBQ, outdoor shower, and washer/ dryer. We also provide beach towels, umbrellas, and beach chairs for your aquatic enjoyment!

We love the North Shore and want to help preserve its beauty, open spaces, and wildlife. A percentage of our proceeds will be donated to the North Shore Community Land Trust.

House was nice & clean. Prefect location. The property manager, Marissa was extremely rude to us. We couldn’t enjoy ourselves, she lived on the property and complained about everything.

This house is situated close to eveything you would want to see or do on the North Shore. It is so beautifully decorated and nicely appointed, I stayed home for days, just to read on the porch and relax. Highly recommended.
