Listen to the soothing sounds of the waves breaking on the rocks just feet below while you enjoy your morning coffee in the morning or evening drink to watch the sunset. Watch the Honu (turtles), dolphins and whales play just off the coast without even stepping out the front door!
Wonderful corner unit -- enjoy the Kauai trade winds and southern exposure with great sunlight and views down the coast. Recently added AC in the master bedroom and living room makes for a comfortable atmosphere even if the winds stop blowing! This second-floor condo has the benefit of being off the ground floor for privacy but has great access from the parking area. There are a few stairs between the parking lot and the front door. There is also a ramp connecting the parking lot to the walkway to the front door.
A 10-minute walk in either direction takes you to Brennecke's Beach & Poipu Beach to the west or Shipwreck Beach & the Grand Hyatt to the east. The on-site pool is open to all guests and BBQ facilities are just steps from the front door. World-class dining and shopping and restaurants are just a short 3-minute drive away!

Great oceanfront location within an easy walk to Poipu beach and Brennecke beach. Condo was well-stocked with towels, cleaning products and toiletries. We enjoyed the ocean views from this corner unit, saw loads of sea turtles and even a whale!

This condo was excellent. It was one of those cases in which the place is even better than the listing. The location was close to the beach. There are ocean views from the kitchen, living area, and master bedroom and a balcony. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing the sea turtles and dolphins. The condo was clean and the complex was well maintained. We appreciated that the place was well stocked, especially with a lot of beach towels and chairs. Overall, an excellent place. I would love to visit again and I would definitely recommend to any one who plans to visit the south shore of the island.

My first time to Kauai and this property did not disappoint. So close walking to the beach to play and see the turtles and seals. But the oceanfront was the best! So sad to leave. Quick drive to Old Koloa Town.

This property had everything we were looking for... spectacular ocean views, close to dining and shopping, and room to spread out and relax. The pool was the perfect temperature for us, and we saw probably a dozen sea turtles swimming around together in the waves. A/C worked well, and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The only thing we'd suggest is that the property undergo a deep cleaning... the ceiling vents, louvered doors, and fans were pretty dusty, as was the washing machine. Other surfaces (clothing storage, bathroom surfaces, kitchen, linens) were quite clean.
