The Kihei Alii Kai complex is perfectly located in sunny Kihei, close to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping, but far enough away to relax and experience the tranquility of Maui’s beauty.
This spacious 1 bedroom condo is fully furnished, with a beautifully remodeled kitchen, bathroom, and upgraded appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the utensils and appliances you’ll need to create your favorite island meals. Dining on the lanai while enjoying the cool island breeze is a must! The bedroom comes equipped with a comfortable Cal-King bed, a flat screen TV with cable, and an assortment of blankets, pillows, linens, and towels.
If needed, there is air conditioning available in the living room/kitchen area as well as a portable AC in the bedroom, or you can open the windows and allow the cross breeze to cool you down. There is WiFi, Cable TV, a DVD player, a radio, and a telephone with complimentary, unlimited long distance calls within the US & Canada.
Take a 2 minute walk to some of the best beaches in Kihei, famous for their white sand & crystal clear water. Some of the best snorkeling on the island is located in Kihei, Wailea, & nearby Makena. For pickleball enthusiasts, there is a new court (2021) in the complex that are complimentary for guests. Full-size gas grills are conveniently located next to the pickleball court and the pool and Jacuzzi! There’s plenty of fun to be had on Maui, but if its rest & relaxation you’re looking for, it’s available right here at Kihei Alii Kai, unit #C301.

This property has it all. Extremely well appointed, fully equipped, all the amenities, pool, pickleball, shuffleboard, across from beach, easy parking plus a very comfortable bed. Add an accessible, hands on host and this becomes a 5 star plus property. Stay here and enjoy your vacation.

The condo is spacious, clean and super comfortable! It is steps away from the most gorgeous beach and steps away from lots of food options, nail shop, activities. The entire property is very well cared for from the landscape to the sparkling clean pool and hot tub. We were delighted to see there is even a sauna! The host Rachel was extremely responsive and kind and had her sweet touches on the condo like welcoming snacks. Everything you need is provided down to body wash and beach towels. Thank you so much Rachel for phenomenal service! 10 out of 10 recommend this condo!!!

Rachel was a pleasure to communicate with!

A great, well-equipped condo kn a great area. Exactly as described in the listing. Rachel was very pleasant to deal with and very accommodating. Our trip was affected by the Maui wildfires and she quickly called us to make sure we were ok and to provide us with updates. I would highly reccomend this property to anyone staying in Maui.

We had such a great stay here! The description was spot on and the location was perfect. We finished our trip here after a week near Lahaina and all agreed we enjoyed Kihei better. The entire trip was paradise and nothing against the west side, but this side was just better suited for our family. Rachel went above and beyond to be such a gracious host while we were here. I definitely recommend this place and would rebook when we come back. Fyi, we weren’t expecting a/c as most places on the island don’t have it. If that’s something you’re looking for then it’s one more reason to stay here!
