Very nice quiet location and close to the beach
This home is beautiful, clean, and comfy with Hawaiian artwork decorated throughout. We loved this home so much this is my family second stay here. Plenty of room for us with two bedrooms and three bathrooms lots of areas to relax and chill. Great location Close to Poipu Beach. Community pools, tennis court and barbecue grills.
The place waa great, really enjoyed our stay, is bigger than it looks in the pictures, feels more like a house, it easily fit our family of five, the view from the house to the sea and sunset great, really short walk to the beach, and centrally located to go to different areas of Kauai, I would definitely stay again if I ever have the opportunity to come back to Kauai House is also well equipped with chairs and towels for a day in the beach.

This was home for my family if 5 over the holidays. This townhome is spacious and comfortable. The patio and lanai were great for relaxing in the evenings. The air conditioning was wonderful! The location is perfect for bouncing between endless walking paths, restaurants, the ocean, and swimming pools. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
The property itself was beautiful. There were blooming Bougainvillea and other flowers all around. There was plenty of parking, so I was always able to find a space right in front of the unit. It was a short walk to either of the pools I had access to or the beach. The beach is the main snorkeling beach and has sunning turtles and seals, which was amazing. The u it itself was very clean and could have easily fit eight people (I was there by myself). There were towels, chairs, and an umbrella for the beach which was very handy. The balcony was wonderful at night to sit and relax while listening to the waves or some live music at the nearby eatery. I would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to come back.

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful location in Poipu and the two-level unit was in great shape. The host was next level awesome. Easy to communicate with while we were there and when an issue rose, she jumped on it and resolved it as soon as she could. Highly recommend this location. Would definitely stay here again.
Can’t beat the location of this place! Only reason I gave it 4 stars is lack of efficient air conditioning. No air conditioner in 2nd bedroom. One in-room portable unit in master bedroom was somewhat helpful in cooling the room at night and another in the living area upstairs which just didn’t cut the mustard. No air conditioner in 2nd bedroom which was hard to cool down d/t minimal airflow. One kid slept upstairs on window seat because it was cooler. Had I realized the condo had no central air con I probably wouldn’t have chosen to stay here since we were here in summertime, but once I got over myself and accepted it, we still had a wonderful time! Lots of fans available for use and boy, did we use them! Lanai with ocean view is lovely. Kalapaki Joe's has a fun happy hour and is super close. Condo is a great size and being so close to Brenneke and Poipu beaches was the best! Condo also had boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc. We also accidently locked ourselves out one night by failing to put correct key in lockbox and Gail responded immediately and the situation was fixed right away with the help of a kind neighbor. All in all, we had a great stay and Gail is a caring, responsive owner. I imagine this condo is absolutely perfect in cooler months!
With pickle ball for the teens, pools for the toddler and, beaches for everyone within walking distance the location can't be beat. The condo is perfect for family to gather and socialize. The kitchen is well equipped and modern. While the condo was warm when we first walked in, as soon as we got the breeze blowing through the open windows it was lovely. Comfy accommodations as well.
