Your family and friends will feel right at home in our three comfortable bedrooms and three full baths. The master bedroom/bathroom features a private lanai, walk-in shower, bathtub, and double sink vanity. The second suite has a queen bed and private bath with tub/shower. The third bedroom, located on the first floor, has a queen bed with a bathroom next door.
We have everything you need for a day at the beach - chairs, boogie boards, beach equipment, ice chests, and beach towels - all conveniently stored in our completely stocked garage. Take a quick 10-minute stroll to the popular Anaeho’omalu Bay (A-Bay) for lots of beach activities. It’s all set up for great family fun!

Our townhome comes with all the amenities of an upscale home, including a washer and dryer and an adjacent private garage for one car. A parking permit is provided for one additional car, allowing guests to park a total of 2 cars on the property.
Located in the heart of Waikoloa Beach Resort, our villa is just across the street from Queen’s Market Place and King’s Shops for casual and upscale shopping and dining. Grab a cup of coffee at Starbucks or a meal at the Gourmet Market - both just a couple of minutes walk from the unit. We had an amazing vacation at this Waikaloa Beach Villa! I would definitely recommend staying at this property! Here are some pros and cons about the property and the Big Island in general:
Pros:
Weather was perfect in July-not too hot and always a constant breeze, ocean water was great, refreshing
This villa is in an ideal location-you are able to walk to all the shops and market
The pool closest to our property was beautiful-having my two granddaughters, the shelf was perfect for them to splash around
Property-very clean, lots of fresh linens, plenty of dishes, cups, and appliances, everything was in working order, a/c worked very well. If you have small children, this villa came with a stroller, gates, pack and play and other things needed for littles! We used the gate as my one-year old loves climbing the stairs! Ample room for my daughter and her family, two grown sons, and my husband and myself!
Beaches close by are perfection! Not far of a drive! Having stayed at the Hilton Waikaloa several times, we knew we wanted to be able to go over to the pools and lagoon for something different to do! The process to get your wristbands is a bit cumbersome-but not too bad! As long as you get your parking validated at the Kona Pool Welcome Center.
In my opinion, the house needs refreshing. Floors are worn and chipped. Light fixtures had painter’s tape around them. We kept getting a notice that
Second car wasn’t parked in valid spot but it was.

This listing was in the perfect location allowing for our family to have quick trips to the beach, enjoy the Hilton perks, or just relax in the home or at the pool.
The home provided all the needed beach equipment, towels, and basic necessities reducing our need to purchase these extras while on vacation.
We had one issue with the dishwasher in which the management company handled quickly and with a great attitude.
Our only recommendation for improvement is some additional grace from staff regarding kids playing in the pool. We have three school aged children that need to burn energy, and we were questioned several times over our children jumping from rocks around the pool. We as parents did inform our children of the rules and forced them to comply but felt we were questioned unnecessarily by staff.

Overall, we were pleased with the property. Bathrooms could use updating, but were clean and functional. The washing machine did not work, the property manager promptly sent a handyman to fix it, but he was unable to repair it. An Appliance Tech was requested by the manager, but it was a holiday weekend and no one came. Other than the washer issue, no problems.

This place is gorgeous! The pool table was the highlight! (Hard to get to at some angles due to the window) but we had SO much fun with it. There was 8 of us that stayed here and there was plenty of room. The Hilton pool pass was awesome; they have a water slide, a salt water pool, and so much more. . We definitely made use of the pool on site also. Queen’s shop is conveniently across the street and Kona is just a short trip away. I HIGHLY recommend staying at this location. We all loved this location, the cleanliness, the quick response from the owners, the amenities of this property. We basically just brought ourselves and food. Almost everything else was provided here. If given the chance, I will most definitely be staying here again.

We had a wonderful time at the unit and in the Waikoloa area! The house was very comfortable for our family of four (kids ages 7 and 10) plus my parents. We loved the proximity to the pool and to the stores at Queen's Marketplace across the street. The lanai was lovely - on the ground floor surrounded by beautiful landscaping.
It is a 10 minute walk or an easy drive to the beach and Lava Lava Club (a real treat!).
Be prepared that there are no staples in the kitchen, so plan to supply all cooking ingredients, including oil and spices.
The house stayed pretty cool, so we rarely turned on the A/C. Bring ear plugs because the master bedroom windows are pretty close to the road and the main highway.

Very well equipped condo. Had everything we needed. Close to stunning pool and hot tub. Enjoyed all the shops and restaurants within a short walk especially the Queens Island Grocery store. 10 min walk to ocean. Just perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse is spacious and well laid out. It was well equiped. The location is super convenient to several shops and a nice market. The hilton pool pass was a wonderful addition.

The property was nice, space was very good, but a few things that could be addressed. There never seemed to be enough hot water. With a capacity of eight guests, after a day at the beach, showers took a very long time as we had to wait for hot water to regenerate. Bathroom towels, for some reason, seemed to be at a minimum. More towels would be nice. The master bed upstairs seemed to have a nature slant to the middle, missing a middle support or something. Nothing can be done about this one, but parking two vehicles was miserable, trying to find a space close to the unit each evening. Pool area was nice. Pool towels needed to be replaced.
Overall, the space was nice, just needed attention to a few additional details. Probably wouldn't stay here again if only because of the parking situation.

We had two families including 4 kids ranging in age from 1 to 14. This place was perfect for our group. The garage was stocked with plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, and umbrellas. The Hilton pass was also a plus. The older guys really enjoyed playing pool and watching tv on the huge tv in the living room. Some of the tile could use some TLC and carpeting is always tough to keep clean with families and beach time. The location is top notch. We loved walking right across the street to the Queens Market. Thank you for the awesome stay.
