Ekahi Village 27C is a beautifully-decorated, updated and meticulously-maintained one bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom condo in South Maui's prestigious Wailea resorts. Fully air conditioned for your comfort, the condo features a very spacious two-story "townhouse" floor plan - the largest one bedroom floor plan available in Wailea Ekahi Village resort. The condo is located within the Village's exclusive "Lower Village" (the part of the resort closest to the ocean, main pool and pavilion) and overlooks a gorgeous swimming pool.
The unit features panoramic ocean, garden and pool views from its oversized patio (the largest patio size found within Ekahi Village) and private, upstairs lanai off of the bedroom.
The living room features a stunning, contemporary look with brand new furniture and carpeting. A cathedral ceiling and plenty of oversized windows with garden, pool and ocean views provide a spacious, light and airy feeling. The living room opens onto a private, expansive patio with views over the nearby swimming pool, gardens and ocean. The patio features a table for outdoor dining and ample loungers for relaxing in the ocean breezes.
There is a powerful air conditioning unit located in the living room and dining area to keep the condo cool in the warmer months.
The contemporary look of the unit continues in the unit's dining area, with its sleek, glass-top table for four and modern, island-inspired artwork.
The open-plan kitchen is light and airy, featuring granite countertops and a bar for casual drinks and dining. All of the modern appliances a cook requires - side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, oven and range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker - are available for our guests' use.
The large, lofted bedroom upstairs features a contemporary, island look. Unlike most lofted bedrooms, the room is segregated from the living room by a short wall the height of several feet, as opposed to a wrought iron rail, which insures added privacy and safety. The room features a brand new king-sized bed set. Off of the bedroom is a newly-remodeled, full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a huge dressing area with ample closet space. The vanity, with twin 'His and Hers' sinks, is located separately from the toilet and bath/shower area for maximum privacy. A lanai with spectacular, panoramic ocean views is off of the bedroom. The bedroom also features a flat-screened TV and new, hotel-quality air conditioning unit.
In addition to the full bathroom upstairs, the condo features a second, half bathroom (toilet and sink) downstairs for guests' convenience.
Amenities include new, 32-inch, flat screen televisions with DVD players in both the bedroom and living room, an iPod dock sound system, and complementary WiFi throughout the unit.
Wailea Ekahi Village is a luxurious, oceanfront resort village situated along the white, sun-kissed sands of Keawakapu Beach - one of Maui's finest swimming beaches. We had a wonderful stay at the condo, it was well stocked for our 8 day stay and we had plenty of everything we needed. Anything else is readily available at the Island Gourmet Market in the Wailea Shopping Center.
The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner can be a tad noisy, but almost every night around 6pm a breeze would come up and we would open up all of the windows and sliding glass door upstairs.
There is a small pool and 2 BBQ's very close by, so we cooked dinner a couple of nights.
Our favorite feature about the property is the Main pool and pavilion down by the ocean. We spent the first half of our trip there everyday. We were sad to find out that the pool would be closed for re-surfacing the second 1/2 half of our trip. It should greatly enhance the area when done. The kitchen and pavilion area are amazing and are well maintained throughout the whole day. There is also a nice workout facility and nice restrooms. It's like being at a hotel resort only rules and people.
We cannot wait to return with our whole family.

The most clean, well stocked rental we’ve ever experienced. Enjoying the ocean and sunset views from the upper balcony was a highlight of our trip. You even see the ocean while resting in bed. We appreciated all the storage space and suitcase racks, extra towels, laundry basket and plentiful hangers. They left enough hand soap, laundry/dishwasher detergent, paper towels and storage/trash bags that to get through our stay which was a big perk and not standard. They also supply coffee creamer, sugar and filters.
Pools and beach access were top notch. You can even bring food and beverages to store and cook at the main pavilion’s full kitchen! I am so happy we stayed here instead of a more expensive resort. You can walk just down the road or beach to enjoy resort life at several within walking distance. A perfect Maui vacation! Mahalo!

Ekahi village is always great but this unit was really exceptional. The kitchen had everything we wanted and with really high quality. Toys for kids and snorkeling gear etc. we will book again:)

Loved this property. Just as billed, ocean front view, spacious condo, kitchen well stocked for cooking. Beautifully maintained grounds and a short walk to the beach. I snorkeled at the beach right outside of the property and saw 3 sea turtles!
Great communication from friendly hosts as well. Highly recommend!

Great location that is walkable to beach. Rental included beach necessities such as cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels. Plenty of space, well-stocked kitchen, and air conditioning. Would stay again and reccomend

The listing was just like the listing described on VRBO. There were 4 or 5 dried up millipedes in the carpeted area that made us feel like the condo wasn’t vacuumed before we got there. They were also doing construction on the condo right in front of the one we rented, so that was loud a lot of the time, which isn’t the condos fault necessarily, BUT ALSO the listing states that checkout is at 11, however a lady, I am assuming from the resort, busted in the front door while we were still getting ready and told us to leave. The time noted was 10:20 when this happened. We kindly told her that our checkout was at 11 and she kept arguing with us. I’m not sure what communication error happened there between VRBO and the condo, but my checkout time was given to me at 11. Other that that, a decent place to stay.
