Quiet neighborhood on the historic Walua Walking. On the first floor of our home, private entrance, one bedroom with luxury queen mattress, full bath (with shower), kitchen/living room, patio, washer/dryer, and off-street parking. Quiet neighborhood at 500' elevation, with great views. Cable TV, DVD, Internet. Kitchen has full size fridge, induction cooktop, microwave, all expected appliances. Included are high thread count sheets, towels for linens. Enjoy the pool and watch killer sunsets from the deck. Beach towels, body boards, chairs and coolers provided, as well as snorkel masks. Five to 10 minute drive to town, beaches and shopping center....

Vicki and Randy were two of the most gracious hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only did they respect when my flights were delayed, they continued communication with me throughout my stay if I had any questions. They property was immaculate and the amenities provided were beyond my expectations!!

Vicky and Randy provided a wonderful 1 bedroom unit and were terrific hosts. We appreciated the spectacular view and use of the their pool and BBQ. The unit was very clean with a full fridge, microwave, shower, plush towels and almost everything a couple would need for a week or two in the Kona area. Snorkel gear, beach towels and mat, swimming noodle and boogie boards, cooler and chairs were all provided. Would definitely book again.

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay during our visit. We did a lot of sightseeing and running around during the days while we were here and to return to this calm and peaceful place was just what we needed. The view is amazing, the sound of the birds singing each morning is delightful, and the space is just quiet. Randy is a great host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

Close to beaches and shopping. In a quiet neighborhood. It was great to get up in the morning and swim in the pool before breakfast. Perfect for one person or a couple.

Our experience was great, we were able to visit our vacation destinations and had a convenient location for day trips. The pool was refreshing each afternoon and the facilities top notch.

I stayed 2 weeks in this apartment and it was just wonderful. Vicky made the renting process easy and sent great driving- and check-in instructions.
The apartment is big enough for 2 and equipped with everything you need. The fans are great to bring a fresh breeze into the rooms. Location is a quiet and safe neighbourhood, but a car is definitely needed (a very own parking space is included). The pool and the view from the pool deck are awesome. I‘d totally recommend this apartment and would love to stay there again on my next visit to the Big Island.
