Kona Makai is an oceanfront community with pool, hot tub, two tennis courts, workout facility, and much more! This property is truly one of Kona's best kept secrets. The complex is surrounded by beautiful tropical flowers, trees, and shrubs. Our unit has no road noise, but is very close to the ocean. Every morning relax on the lanai and take in the view, let the sound of the ocean calm you and the smells of the tropical air lift your spirits.
We provide lots of extras: shampoo and conditioners. laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, hair dryer, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, and snorkeling gear. Free high speed secured WI FI and telephone (local, US, & Canada calls). The kitchen has pots, pans, utensils, coffee grinder and maker, rice cooker, blender, juicer, and side by side refrigerator with ice maker. We throughly enjoyed our stay and the owners respond quickly and are a delightful to work with. The unit is very spacious and clean. King bed, living room and lanai furniture, very comfortable. The unit has a washer and dryer and a well equipped kitchen, a must for us. The grounds are impeccably maintained, and parking was nearby and very safe. Of course the best is the sound of the ocean and birds along with the gorgeous sunsets. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks to the owners for sharing their lovely home with us.

We had an exceptionally wonderful time staying here. Parking was easy and close. The property is very quiet and relaxing. The hosts have literally everything you may need on site. Would highly recommend.

This condo had anything and everything you would need, plus some! The lanais are super cozy and comfy and great for any and all meals. The bed was top notch too!

We had a great stay with the comforts of home. The condo was well stocked and we loved all the beach equipment they had available for us to use. The location is right in the heart of downtown Kona and was a good launching point for day trips around the island.

The condo was super cute and clean and came equipped with all the coolers, totes, beach chairs, boogie boards, and kitchen equipment you could ask for. The AC was wonderful and access to a gated pool and hot tub just as pictured. Loved this VRBO!
