Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the ...

Great location ,awesome sunset views ,condo was nicely decorated ,bed was comfortable unit was clean and well stocked with everything needed to cook with ,beach chairs were supplied . Plumbing in shower needs some attention, Otherwise no issues other than no dish detergent was supplied .

Can’t beat the view and easy of accessing the unit. Located at the end of Waikiki, it was easy to get to. Digital key pad access made it easy since we didnt have to worry about a key when we went to the beach and go swimming. The sliding door to the lanai needs a little trace work. Everything else was great!

Comfortable bed and nicely equipped kitchen. Clean and bright. Beautiful view. Docked one point: Bathroom (especially shower) needs updating. We could have used more towels (both beach and bath). Building is nicely maintained. Fast elevators, easy to dispose of trash, helpful bell desk, great breakfast restaurant. Conveniently located. We would stay here again :-)
