    Set your cares adrift in Kailua-Kona when you reserve one of the many well appointed Two-Bedroom, two bath condos at the Resort. When staying at the resort in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island’s west coast, you’ll feel as if you’re stepping back in time to a simpler, unspoiled era. The resort is designed to re-create the charming island ambiance found back in the ’30s, while still assuring you all the comfortable amenities and activities you expect in a modern-day tropical resort. Amenities are in no short supply and include a full kitchen, allowing you to save big bucks on the Big Island, and a washer and dryer, which means fewer clothes to bring and lower airline baggage fees.

    We are renting a 2 bedroom - 2 bath condo that is 1,156 square feet in size. Each of the 2 bedrooms have a king size bed. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and washer/ dryer. Enjoy your morning breakfast on the patio or balcony. The resort amenities are 2 outdoor swimming pools, picnic/BBQ area, 2 outdoor hot tubes, outdoor children's pool, and exercise equipment.

    The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129.00 CHANGE FEE. The resort requires the person responsible for checking into the condo to be 21 or over.

    The resort collects a daily occupancy tax of $13.47. This is not included in the rental cost. Also, the resort requires a $250.00 security deposit at check in. The security deposit is refunded at check out.

    Some vacation rentals are a disappointment compared with the listing. This one was not; in fact, it exceeded expectations. The property was as described and more. The unit was clean and everything worked. The kitchen was large, the lanai was a great place to spend time, the beds were comfortable, the location was great. In all, this was an excellent rental.

    I had specifically asked for no stairs and no hills to get to condo due to medical handicap issues. Thankful no stairs but had a small hill that was a challenge. Smallest salt and pepper I have ever seen. We come over here 6 weeks each year and will not be back here. Also the people at front trying to get you to go to presentation are tough to get your door key/swim pass from even if you repeatedly decline interest.

    Our family had a great stay here. Kids loved the pool and tiki torches at night. Great location close to town. Grounds were lovely with nice care of flora. The property is a bit dated but overall a nice place for the family.

    Went for a girls trip and this stay was perfect for us! The check in process was easy, they gave us access wristbands instead of keeping track of hotel cards. I could text the concierge when needed any extras of shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent etc. The outdoor patio was perfect to have meals for the 5 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, blender. The location was great! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool as well. Would love to go back!

    We had a really nice time at this Wyndham location. It was centrally located in Kona, but not overly loud or too close to traffic. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was some hair in the tub, but that was the only thing we noticed. Our baby crawled around the lannai and bedrooms the entire time, and I felt comfortable with that. The pool was nice and warm. Would recommend! Check in late at night if you want to avoid any timeshare pressure. 😁

    Beautiful property. We would definitely stay again. It was perfect for our family of 4. Clean, spacious, and well maintained. The property staff were kind and responsive.

    We had a pleasant stay at this property. A/C was super cold and layout of propert worked well. Only issue with our unit was some tiny ants in the kitchen. We just couldn’t leave any food sit out. Workout gym was adequate and pool was inviting. Within walking distance of two coffee shops and downtown Kona was 1-1.5 miles away.

    Very quiet location but close to Kona shops and restaurants. Quick walk to the beach and nice pool area and BBQ. Great for our family!

    The condo was spacious and clean. The bedrooms were large, with private bath for each room. Nice soaking tub in one of the bedrooms + the shower stall. Everything was clean and stocked with plenty of towels + pool towels. The kitchen was stocke with coffee maker and toaster and all the dishes/utensils you would need. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Matt was very easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions I had. We were two single women and we felt very safe at this resort. The pools were very nice and relaxing. The location was close to the ocean and swimming and not far from dining in Kona.
