The unit was nicely decorated. But the environment around the condo was unsafe and severely polluted. Not recommend.
We had a pretty good stay. The apartment was cozy, nicely decorated, and in a great location. Overall, everything was fine. The only thing we’d suggest is paying a bit more attention to cleaning — the floors were a bit dusty and there were some crumbs in a couple of kitchen drawers. It didn’t spoil our time there, but we just wanted to mention it.
Beautifully designed condo in a great location. Not a detailed missed, from the white noise machine to lull you to sleep, to the sweet welcome card, pineapple candies, and other thoughtful touches all around the condo. The bed is extra comfy and the views are stunning from the boats in the marina all the way out to the white water ocean views as the waves crash in, all the way around 180 degrees to the gorgeous lagoon views. Plenty of places to eat, drink, play and enjoy the sun without having to drive anywhere. The chart house downstairs was delicious and the live entertainment each night added to our enjoyment. They stop playing early, so you won’t be bothered by the music after 10pm if you want to go to sleep. But you might just want to stay downstairs and enjoy the evening. Janna, was an excellent host and we will be back soon! :)

We had an excellent stay at Janna's place. It's very nice, and in a good location in close proximity to Ala Moana Beach park, which is less touristy than Waikiki. Overall the place is well kept, nicely decorated, and as described. We'd definitely stay again.
We were disappointed that the "lanai" was off limits due to ongoing remodeling on the building's exterior, but the owner/manager graciously offered a nominal refund. We were impressed by her graciousness and appreciated her understand ing . The unit is very comfortable and well appointed. Great for a restful retreat after a day in Waikiki.
4 days prior to st a y we were told linae was not available due to repairs. A sign sa that repairs started before we booked. We were givenn a 30 peer night rebate but were disappointed
We had a great visit. The property is very centrally located and within walking distance to many restaurants and convenient stores, making it easy for our family with little kids. The check in process and parking instructions were very clear and easy to follow.
Being new to VRBO, we were happily pleased with our choice. Accommodations were very clean, stylish and comfortable. The mattress is absolutely the best we have slept on ever. The building is older but I got the feeling that it is well maintained. The only downfall is the daily parking. We had a hard time trying to figure out the daily parking pass. We found the instructions a little unclear. But there is a help button to assist. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Arrival was easy. Felt at home immediately. Loved see the boats in the marina. Central location to everything.
This place is a very pretty modern looking space. It looked exactly like the picot online. Mostly black and white decor with a splash of color here and there. The building is pretty hard to find, if you're walking. I think the whole block is the same is the same number address.
Overall impression was as I imagined and more.
Location was perfect and the views from the balcony were stunning.
The apartment was in a great location to access many different things in the area. Great view of the fireworks from the room. The interior was modern and comfortable. Easy access to car rental on the 6th floor, near shopping and many restaurants.

This was a beautiful condo with a good view. The bed was absolutely awesome. Janna had music playing when we got there. I couldn't figure out how to turn it off & picked it up & noticed the Amazon symbol on it. I finally realized it was an Alexa & then we had fun with it (we don't have one, lol.) We didn't really use anything in the condo except the fridge & a few dishes. I do wish there were some plastic glasses bc I'm horribly clutzy & was scared to death I was going to break a dish or glass on the tile floor or glass furniture. The view is good, but if you look down into the water & street, it is nasty. It's overlooking a huge commercial trash can. We did watch the fireworks show on Friday night from the balcony. It was pretty darn good for 10 minutes. Janna left a note & a lei for us.
Cons: We found a rusty razorblade, broken straight pin, & broken piece of glass in the bathroom floor, as well as hair. There was paper towel remnants in the shower. It is kind of noisy. We could hear people laughing (probably from the bar downstairs) & cars revving their engines all night. The shower door is super heavy & difficult to move. I couldn't open it at all. My husband had to do it. The shower knobs are confusing. We finally figured it out after the 2nd time using it.
The place was fantastic. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, etc. The host was great. We had an issue with coffee maker ( didn't work) and the host brought a new one for us the same day with extra towels! The kitchen was great if you want to cook. The place has a lot of dishes, pots, etc. The place is little bit noisy at night.
Spring Break 2024. This condo was PERFECT for a family of four (parents + 2 teens). The location is close to everything in the downtown Waikki area. The lagoon is an easy walk. Nearby is a McDonalds and Hi Brew Coffee shop for easy breakfasts. The teenage girls LOVED the bed in the living area and said it was very comfortable. It was very quiet in the evening and a safe location with gated parking. The room overlooks the marina with amazing views of the ocean using the telescope from the bedroom window. The owner even called to help us with the check in process. the room AC worked perfectly. Wonderful towels and bath robes. Amazing. 5 Stars. The next time we are in Waikki we would love to rent again.

We had a lovely stay here. The place was centrally located and within close walking distance to rent a car. We had intended to just rent a car one day but decided to keep it so we had a bit of a snafu with the parking charges (ended up paying about double what we should have but it was due to our error and the building management would not credit us the difference). There is no parking attendant on site so read all signs carefully, particularly the small one at re-entry.
Location was ideal and the condo was clean and updated.
Views of the fireworks from the balcony Friday nights and a short walk to Waikiki and Ala Moana center. All pickups for excursions were easy as well since most picked up at either the prince or the Ilikai.
Janna was super quick on responses and very helpful. Initial instructions were clear and detailed.
You have everything you need including beach chairs, an umbrella and lots of beach stuff.
Laundry was super simple - next time I’d pack lighter and use the laundry.
There is recycling on the 7th floor, but we were missing a container to carry it up there - would be nice to add a bin.
Overall , and excellent stay and experience.

The apartment is at a great location, walkable distance to two beaches and close to the mall. The apartment is completely renovated but it is inside an older apartment building. We didn’t mind it but perhaps it isn’t very clear from the listing description. There were beach chairs, snorkeling gears, boogie boards, mats and beach toys at the apartment so it was very convenient and you do not need to bring or rent these, which save luggage space. Another thing to note is that the building has a finicky parking system. We only parked there for two days but have witnessed a few people including ourselves experiencing multiple issues (e.g. the barcode was cut-off on the parking pass so the gate would not open, purchased parking for a few days but the gate would not open, system let you inside the parkade even though your ticket has expired and charged you for another 24 hour when exiting). The parking attendant was rude and unhelpful. In fact, she tried to hold us behind even though her manager on the phone said to let us go due to technical issues from the parking system. She was creating unnecessary waits for everyone because there is only one entrance gate and only exit gate. There are public parking spaces outside but you have to walk a few minutes.
