Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing ...

Bought a new frying pan (left it for you in the unit), non-usable beach chairs (1 broken, the other almost). No beach umbrella. The lanai curtains are full of holes. Lanai door did not open when we arrived. Fresh coat of paint would be good.

Enjoyed this location. Easy access to several restaurant and bar options. Elevators can be crazy busy/slow due to a lot of people using them at any given time.

Loved the whole set up. Valet were super friendly, young, ane good to look at. I am also young. 33.
The unit was spacious and clean. A/C worked well. The view, oh my the view.
The area was nice, calm, and safe. Well, I felt safe. I am from L.A and this area reminded me Beverly Hills. Convenient. Enjoyed my stay to say the least.
Ah, washer and dryer around the corner. But what really stood out to us was the hallway. Being a condo, we bought some essentials to keep inside the fridge. And so did everyone else. And at the end of their stay including our stay, we and everyone else left behid their leftovers. We loved that.
I waa able to get laundry detergent and we left behind starbucks cold coffee and some seltzee coconut flavor beverages. What an experience.
We went island hopping and this unit is our second favorite. The one that took #1 is a resort. Duh.
Please take care of this unit since I will be back in the near future.

Very comfortable apt with everything you need. Only "food " items was salt & pepper, so if you are planning on cooking any meals you need to buy everything. Was a bit of a wait for elevators early morning & late afternoon as everyone heading out & coming home. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Will stay here again!

This was my first time staying in Waikiki and I loved this rental. It had such a beautiful view of the neighboring lagoon and the ocean. I was able to catch some really amazing sunsets from the lanai as well. Everything was very clean and well kept. Easy access to many shops in the area and the walking distance was not too far. If I come back to Oahu I would definitely stay here again!

The view was amazing, the room could have been cleaner. I have smaller kids and the bath tub was so deep, the wall you had to climb over to get in the shower was extremely high. I’m 5’5 and I had a hard time getting in and out, and even fell twice, it was way to high for my younger daughters, and was a huge safety issue for us. I would not recommend this condo to a family with kids. The tub
