This spectacular third floor direct oceanfront unit features breathtaking views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai from your lanai, living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Our two-bedroom condo, in the highly desirable Papakea 'L' Building, is just steps from the water's edge and world-famous Kaanapali Beach. You can walk for miles or snorkel with the turtles and fish. Two pools and two spas are on site if you wish to do nothing at all, or relax in the new split AC system with individually-controlled bedroom cooling units.

Enjoy beautiful sunsets each night as you dine on your private lanai. Look for the green flash! Watch for stars and planets you often don't see on the mainland and the distant evening lights on Molokai. When you don't want to cook in the airy remodeled kitchen, grill on Papakea's gas grill collection, you can get takeout from nearby food trucks or take a very short drive to Kaanapali, Kapalua, or Napili and enjoy world-class seafood.

Winter is the season for whale and dolphin watching. You can easily see them from our third floor vantage point. Bring your binoculars and camera.

Well-maintained and previously featured on the Homeowners Tour of premium condos, the condo sleeps four with a luxury king-size bed in the master and a queen-size in the second bedroom. When you want nothing but fresh sea air, the Maui tradewinds filter through the condo. Papakea Resort is upgrading interior plumbing in all condos through mid 2026. Our "L" building is expected to be closed for this construction from February 2026 through April 2026, but the final schedule will not be known until 2025. The County of Maui will be considering which resorts may continue operating as short-term rental properties sometime in 2025. We will continue to comply with Hawaii state and Maui county rules. We continue to accept reservation requests through 2025 based on the best available information.
