Location, location, location. Clean & fresh paint. Nice grounds & beach & plenty of options for eating within walking distance. No AC and a few minor maintenance issues. We did have an issue with cockroaches but didn’t report to front desk.

Great communication with host and property management. This unit has everything you’d want or need, plus an excellent location with nothing between the lanai and the beach but a lovely lawn with palm trees.

My husband and I spent 5 nights at this property. We loved being on the 2nd floor so we could see and hear the ocean. If in the area again we would definitely stay here!
