Sea Village is a beautiful oceanfront complex with well maintained gardens, swimming pool, hot tub, gas barbeques, parking, and access to snorkeling and scuba diving. While our condo and lanai have always been "no smoking", the entire Sea Village property is a no-smoking complex effective 2018.

The condo includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, TV, wifi, and air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. Open your lanai door and enjoy the ocean breeze. The town of Kailua (shopping, restaurants) is a short walk, as are beaches and the Ali'i Garden Marketplace.

We comply with all Hawaii taxation and transient accommodation rental rules. Hawaii tax registration GE&TA-053-524-4800, STVR-19-359358.

Loved the views from this condo. Nice upgraded unit with lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. The owner s were quick to respond to a couple of minor requests.

The condominium itself was wonderful. The grounds were immaculate. The pool And grilling area were great. The lanai was perfect! And to top it all off, the owners were attentive and kind.
