This was our second time staying at this property. We previously stayed in 2021. Again the property did not disappoint! Great location, great views, and a well appointed unit. The mattresses on the beds were new according to the property manager, they’d just been delivered the week before we arrived. They were very comfortable. The unit has everything you need. I will echo my sentiment from my last stay that the chairs on the lanai are not very comfortable. They are not the chairs that you see in the pictures on the listing. They are hard plastic Adirondack type chairs that are difficult to move towards and away from the table on the tile floor. My elderly parents had an especially hard time with them and almost fell at one point trying to move the chair to get up from the table. Also, beware of the washing machine. The drum has an opening between it and the seal and small items can work their way in that opening and be lost forever trapped inside the mechanism of the machine. This happened with one of my reusable makeup eraser clothes. If you’re going to wash smaller items bring a larger delicates washing bag with you to protect against losing any items. This unit has the best allotted parking spot in the garage in my opinion. It’s directly next to the elevator and is an extra wide spot. You can easily park a larger vehicle like an expedition or a wagoneer there where you would have difficulty in any of the other spots in the garage. We love staying here! Mahalo!
We had an amazing time! The villa was perfect for our family of four. There’s plenty of space, ample kitchen amenities, sand toys and towels and a beautiful view from the lanai. The pool is a kiddos’ dream, and the beach lagoon is super close. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
Gorgeous! This was the second time we stayed at the Beach Villas. We could tell by the listing that this unit was on the side that would get the best views of the sunsets- and they did not disappoint! We stayed 12 days- and I think I watched the sunset every evening! Just gorgeous! The pool and lagoon were also a huge with with our 9 and 12 kids. The place was well stocked and comfortable. We kept the doors to the lanai open when we were “home”- I had to pinch myself at the view! The unit was quiet and had great views. When we needed anything or had questions, the owners were quite responsive. We would 100% stay here again.
This condo is incredible and the Beach Villas property is peaceful and perfect! No crowds, no noise, just pure paradise. I’m leaving four stars instead of five because the guest bedroom mattresses (2 twins combined to make a king) are worn and it felt like sleeping in a hammock. I ended up sharing the fold out sofa bed with my daughter (very comfy for a sofa bed). But waking up to the views never got old! We stayed a week and would definitely come back!
This condo is very comfortable and well equipped for a family vacation. The pictures in the listing are fair and accurate. There was a problem with the dryer when we arrived and housekeeping was there at 4:00 when we arrived. Our escort said he would put in the work order right away. It was fixed the following day. I had to text management (Shane) to learn how the bathtub drain worked as it was not obvious. It still didn’t hold water without a slow drain but I didn’t want to spend my vacation chasing work orders.If you’re crazy enough to cook on vacation, the kitchen is well appointed. Be aware though that the radiant glass cooktop takes a long time to “preheat”. A grilled cheese sandwich took a half an hour to get toasty.The setting is beautiful. The pools, the lagoons, the whole property is a lovely way to spend some time on Oahu.

This was a fantastic property, steps away from the beach lagoons. Great pools and adequate gym facilities. Fully stocked kitchen and walking distances to restaurants and a Market with hot food choices.
This is our second time staying at the Ko Olina Villa's and we will definitely be back for a third. As parents with a one year old, five year old, and eight year old, this area and villa were perfect and had everything we needed to be comfortable and kids felt right at home! :)
We loved the view! Beautifully decorated, we spent most of the time on the balcony having coffee & cocktails. Great location to walk to the pool, beach, and restaurants. Conveniently located to drive to Pearl Harbor and North Shore. We would definitely choose this until to stay again.
Absolutely amazing vacation! Beds were comfortable. Condo was well stocked! Easy check in! We absolutely loved eating our meals outside and enjoying the perfect views with it. EVERY EVENING we were spoiled by the best sunsets! We would rate this stay 11/10!!! Thank you for allowing us the opportunity!!!
Great unit that we really enjoyed our stay at. Perhaps some kitchen ware and the outdoor lanai furniture could use some updating. We were unfortunate enough to stay during American Idol filming at Aulani and it was very loud and very bright lights. I’m sure nothing they could do about it.We plan to stay here again.
Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) absolutely loved our stay. The view was wonderful, the space was clean and comfortable and the location was great. The lagoon was the perfect place to spend time in the ocean. We'd stay there again if the opportunity ever arises.

We’ve been coming to the Beach Villas for the past 10 years and it never disappoints!
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful unit! The location was absolutely perfect, offering breathtaking views of the lagoons. The unit itself was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to all the essential toiletries and bath accessories.
What truly set this property apart was the dining table on the balcony. We enjoyed our dinners there every evening with stunning sunset views, creating unforgettable memories. We were even lucky enough to watch fireworks from the balcony during the Food and Wine Festival near the Disney resort—an unbelievably beautiful sight!
On top of the incredible property, the owner was incredibly kind and attentive, making communication easy and pleasant. We highly recommend this property and hope to return someday!

The room had all the essentials to make for a perfect stay in Ko Olina. The view is beautiful from the patio, where we enjoyed a cup of coffee every morning. There were toys and beach supplies (chairs, mats, snorkel gear, boogie boards) that came in really handy down at the lagoon for the little ones. And the service downstairs at the Makai Hale Bar is great

We stayed as a family (husband, my toddler, my mom and myself) and the setup was perfect to give our little family of 3 some privacy while also providing privacy and space for my mom.
We all had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay - from the kitchen, to the laundry, we felt well equipped for the week. While the resort doesn’t have some of the amenities that others do, it’s a quick walk along a beach front paved path to reach the Marriott and Aulani to take advantage of their eateries and spa services.
The gravel-bottom pool was great for our toddler, and the pool itself was fun, warm, and relaxing for all of us.
Overall a really nice stay.
Fantastic location with amazing views. Condo and resort property were immaculately kept. Resort contact was prompt with any questions we had. The lagoon in front of the resort was never crowded and water was beautiful. Great place to stay away from the crowds in Waikiki. My family was thanking me for choosing this condo!

Beatiful place and location, only issue was master shower. Can't adjust shower head to keep it from leaking out and flooding the outside and flooding the toilet area it drained into.

The condo was wonderful! Our family had a great time and we enjoyed the amazing view. The property and the lagoon are better than expected. The condo had everything we needed. I am a foodie and I found the kitchen to be well stocked with tools. Thanks!
After extensive research on what location would be best for our small family we decided on staying at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina and we are so glad we did. This villa was perfect for our family of 5 including a 4 year old. The property grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The location was extremely convenient and the fitness center, koi pond, and the lagoon are wonderful. The communication with the owner was perfect before our trip.
Now on to the downsides, none of which were enough to spoil our trip…the room is starting to show its age. There is sign of a water stain indicating a leak in ceiling over the kitchen island, the one assigned parking space included with this reservation is very tight especially since we were traveling with a mini van, the cooling system is only so-so, in the guest room we had to keep the bedroom door open at night or it would get too hot and the bath exhaust fans do not work well leaving the bathrooms very steamy after a shower. Our experience with check in was okay. We were provided a phone number for Lynn and she sounded irritated when I called her when we landed at airport. She stated we should contact Shane whose number we did not have so she said he would text which he did not. The front desk had to contact Shane for us upon arrival. Once Shane arrived he was not the most personable and said he was very busy making us feel more like an inconvenience. Shane did help quickly when we had minor maintenance issue during our stay.
Property was perfectly located for our golf trip! Enjoyed the view! Condo was very comfortable and exactly as described! Will come back!

This was our first trip to Hawaii and this well-appointed condo exceeded our expectations! High-end decor, well-supplied kitchen, and the perfect level to view the stunning scenery. And the location is fantastic; between two other resorts which you can visit by the scenic walkway, a short 15 minute walk to the bustling shopping/dining area, ability to witness indescribable sunrises and sunsets, and drivability to all tourists spots.
This condo and trip surpassed our dreams of Hawaii! Mahalo!
