Well appointed 2bd/2 bath condo located at the highly desirable Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Shores at Waikoloa is a gated community with lush landscaping of tropical flowers, palm trees and Koi ponds.
From the Shores, you are in walking distance of the King's and Queen's shops, restaurants, gourmet grocery store and Anaehoomalu 'A-Bay' beach. The Shores at Waikoloa is perfectly located near the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel for conference attendees who prefer a more relaxed atmosphere, free parking, and no resort fees!
The condo offers 2 bedroom suites. One with a king bed and one with a queen bed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need! The large wrap around lanai offers views of the beach, golf course and mountains. The lanai includes ample seating for dining and lounging.
Within the gated community, you will find a swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, fitness center and BBQs.
The condo is fully stocked. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, Ziploc bags, coffee filters and aluminum foil.

Everything was perfect, Very clean and well appointed condo, We have never stayed in a condo that had been so well supplied, Except for getting eggs, bread and butter everything was supplied for us to make our breakfast. We enjoy eating all other meals out. This was our sixth trip to Hawaii and hopefully it eill not be our last.

If you want cool, classic and quiet, this is your place. The grounds are lovely. The pool is not crowded. The hot tub is hot. The leather couches are comfortable. The Internet is fast. The streaming is good. The property manager is extremely responsive. The kitchen as well stocked everything you need for the beach is there Full size bath products, plenty of towels for the bathroom, including beach towels for the beach, and a lovely fruit basket and bottles of water for a welcome a great book to tell you everything you need to know about the place and how to use everything

This condo is absolutely amazing! Beautifully decorated and well appointed. It is close to a beach, shopping and great restaurants. Location is fantastic in the Waikoloa Beach resort on the Kohala coast.

We love this condo! Excellent location and a very attentive and welcoming property manager! This was our second stay at this condo and we will return again. We very much appreciated the fruit and goodie basket presented upon our arrival. Even with minor issues that arose, the property manager was prompt in her actions and resolution. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Overall it was nice, the snorkeling equipment should have been rinsed by the previous users, it was not.
Sufficient kitchen supplies. Guest bedroom bed should be replaced, and the overhead fan light needs replacement.
Enjoyed our stay and use of the condo. Which is located near shops and activities.

The condo was clean & spacious. I thought it would feel small but it wasn’t at all. Love having breakfast on the patio or Lani. You may see a big or two but we’re in Hawaii and that’s expected!
The unit has air conditioning, a washer & dryer and a fairly stocked kitchen with the essentials for everything. A special bonus was the owner provided fresh fruit and some water as a sweet gesture of hospitality that we appreciated. Having breakfast with that sweet delicious pineapple and oranges was great. Super thought of the owner They also provide beach chairs, towels and toys for the kids.
The grounds were quiet and very green. It’s located near the Marriott and Hilton. The area has some clothing shops if you want to go shopping. There is a marketplace to go to for food. The island gourmet store was perfect for the later night food cravings.
We were on the Big Island for my son’s graduation in Hilo. This location was perfect for the post celebratory activities- the beaches! My favorite being Hapuna Beach. The proximity to it was also very good - about 10 miles.
Overall this was a wonderful unit. We’d definitely come back again.
