Everything was just as advertised
Karen is simpytge best. She went all in to keep us updated of renovations happening there . She was very responsive at all times. This is a great location next to Kam 3. Beautiful property and excellent upgrades . The property managers onsite were of great help. We will surely look forward to our next vacation here. Thank you Karen !
The only thing that we thought could have been better was the cleaning as there was hair in the shower and a couple other things were messy.
Also, it would be nice if there could have been a few coffee filters provided for the first morning or two
This property is nothing short of AMAZING! After booking, the host contacted me and let me know the condo was being renovated and would be different than the advertised photos. She made sure the new design would fit my family's needs and made us feel so welcomed. I was extremely happy with the renovations and condition of the property. Everything was beautiful and very clean. Everything we needed (and more) was provided such as linens/towels, fully stocked kitchen, beach gear, and more. Bed and pull out sofa were very comfortable. The lanai was beautiful and very large compared to most on the property. The grounds were clean and well maintained including swim and BBQ area. Staff is friendly and check-in was quick. Location was perfect to beach, shopping , restaurants, and things to do. The property is very family friendly and includes things to do for all ages. I would highly recommend this property or any listed by this host.
We were taken aback by just how well kept the property and the area for Kamaole Sands was. The apartment/condo is spacious and fits 4 adults really well. The view from your balcony over looks a really nice open area that is filled with trees and plants (very on vibe for Maui).

- Pull out couch fits 2 adults
- Beach chairs, and an umbrella were available for us to use
- Balcony has a table and 4 chairs for if you just want to sit out there and enjoy the view
- 2 washrooms - Master one is larger than the communal one but you can easily who get's which one.
- Laundry is available in the apartment
- Less than 5 minute walk from the beach, that's located right across the street and it's never really crowd; great beach to swim at.
- Less than a 5 minute drive from multiple food options and overall it was a great place to stay.
- Always someone available when you need help as it's almost like a resort. There's someone in the lobby 24/7.
- Pool is quite large and they've got a kids only kiddie pool, a family hot tub and an adults only hot tub.
- Security out and about all the time, and there's always a staff member at the pool area, until close (10 pm).
We would 10/10 recommend this to everyone.

The condo and close proximity to the beach were awesome. Karen was a fantastic host, always responding immediately if we had questions, with great patience and kindness! Would definitely recommend this property - as first time visitors here, it helped make the experience a positively memorable one!
This was a great place for our family stay - the property is large and the condo had lots of space. Tennis, pool, beach location were all key. Condo was as advertised and came with a nice view and lots of beach toys, chairs etc. Only issue was that the exercise room was closed for repair - not a big deal for us as we had lots of other activities.
Perfect work stay. Clean and well appointed. Felt very comfortable. Couldn't get the AC to work, but it could have been user error. Overall, just what I needed for my week of work.
We loved our stay in Kihei at this condo. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the place is much bigger than I was expecting. The lanai was HUGE and the condo was well stocked with beach chairs, coolers, etc. No surprises when we checked in (you just need to check in with the front desk, as you were in a hotel). We had to check out at 11, but were able to use the pool/hot tubs/bathrooms after that time. Which is great if you're catching a red-eye out that night! This condo is within walking distance to beautiful beaches and some great food choices. Would love to stay here again sometime!
