QUIET LOCATION: Secluded on the side of our Kailua home you’ll find Holiday Palms. This private cottage is a remodeled, 600 sq ft, one-bedroom unit, steps from beautiful Kailua Beach. Tucked away amid tropical palm trees, with your own shady patio and private gated entrance. There are ceiling fans throughout, free high-speed wireless internet, cool tile floors. A very quiet and private location.
LOCATION: Convenient - Midway between Kailua Beach and Kailua town. Maximum 10 min walk either direction.
PARKING: FREE - dedicated off street parking area for up to 2 cars
BEDROOM: The bedroom has a brand new split Air conditioner ,vaulted ceiling, and is furnished with stylish bamboo furniture, one queen size bed and one double futon couch which easily converts to a bed. Beds sleep 4 comfortably. Air Mattresses and Futons are available for extra guests. All beds are in one room.
COMFORT: Although located in the bedroom, the Split Air Con is sized to cool the whole unit for your comfort. The TV is a flat screen and is provided with cable TV, HBO and SHOWTIME as extras.
KITCHEN: Pots and Pans, cutlery, Full size refrigerator, microwave, full oven, Electric Tea kettle, Rice Cooker, Electric fry pan, Toaster oven, coffee maker, Glasses, dishes, spices
BATHROOM: Full bathtub, bath towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer
GENERAL: Holiday Palms is the only rental unit on the property. Owners live on the property. The unit has a private entrance. The unit’s kitchen wall shares a common wall with the main house.
Some dates are blocked for routine maintenance so please ask us for the dates and time frame you are interested in, even if it appears unavailable. In order to comply with new Honolulu vacation rental rules, we only rent to one party in any 30-day period. This means that the unit will be blocked for a total of 30 consecutive nights surrounding the agreed upon occupancy even if the guests occupy for less than 30 nights. AMENITIES: Paper towels, soap, shampoo, cleaning products
BEACH EQUIPMENT: Beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, beach towels, umbrellas, and coolers.
SECURITY: This property features external surveillance cameras in the carport of the Owners house and in the backyard. There are no cameras in or around your unit.

The unit attached to the main house was perfect! Large, separate kitchen, large separate bath and large bedroom. Everything was clean, neat and nicely appointed. Minimal contact with host who was very friendly and helpful. Hoping to return for another stay in the future.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at this centrally located property. It was clean and had a kitchen with a full size fridge. The only thing we weren’t aware of was no AC in the kitchen (fan) or bathroom so we mainly stayed in the bedroom that had a fan and AC. It was extremely hot like a sauna in the bathroom and the kitchen. Also please note no shampoo or conditioner provided just a bar soap. It was great to have access to beach towels & chairs.

We had a comfortable stay at this cozy place, which is a short walk to the most beautiful beach. Gail, the host was very responsive and helpful. Because it’s fairly small, I would say 2-3 people max.

Gail's place has everything you need from kids' beach toys, snorkels, boogie boards, to toiletries, towels, etc. There was no stove but the two top burners were sufficient enough for my family to cook simple meals. The location is absolutely great as you can walk to the beach easily (Less than 15 min to Kailua Beach) and barely a 5 mins drive to Lanikai. Great base to explore Kailua and Kaneohe areas. Thank you Gail for the comfy stay and last but not least, Gail had always been on top of the game when it came to communication and flexibility. What a an awesome and thoughtful host. Mahalo!

My partner and I had an amazing experience at this little cottage. Conveniently located a walkable distance from the beach, with plenty of beach supplies (towels, umbrellas, wagon, etc) this spot is perfect for those who want to enjoy spend their time by the ocean.
