This is a great unit - perfect for two. Amazing ocean views from the lanai as well as the side window. We watched whales and turtles from the lanai. It was our second visit to Kuleana - the property is very well maintained and managed. The owner was very accommodating and communication was efficient. Thanks so much!

We loved staying here and Lisa was a great and responsive host. Another reviewer was spot on when they said the photos don’t do the proximity to the ocean justice - the lanai is truly magical with how incredible the view is, and we really did see some turtles! It’s in a really great location, too, close to restaurants and a short drive to Lahaina. We do wish check out wasn’t quite so early (10am sharp- housekeeping knocked at 9:59am) but overall we were very happy at this location.

Great communication with the owner (Lisa) and property management. This condo is just as advertised with truly unbeatable views and fantastic location. The property overall is very well maintained with lush landscaping, lovely tiki torches lit in evenings, and daily cleaning of the community BBQs. It was perfection watching the sea turtles and the breaching whales from the lanai each morning and evening. I was very happy with my experience.

I came to Maui for a brief solo getaway and this property was the perfect spot for it. You’ll immediately fall in love with the gorgeous oceanfront views — from *two* sides of this corner unit. There’s plenty of natural light and a pleasant cross breeze when both sliding doors are open. I could’ve spent a whole day just watching time go by amid the sound of the crashing waves below, but alas, my stay was brief and the joys of the island beckoned. The property shows it’s age in places but is well lived-in. It comes equipped with some standard kitchen equipment, but bring some other essentials like Ziploc bags and coffee filters. The stacked washer and dryer works very well on light loads. There’s no AC in the living room, but the ceiling fan and the breeze from the open sliders should suffice on most days. The bedroom is cozy. It was a king size bed that’s a bit worn and uneven, but still provided a good night’s sleep. TV’s in both rooms. Living room has an LG smart TV, allowing you to stream. Wifi worked well, but I had to perform a manual reboot (unplug and plug) upon arrival. Two beach towels and chairs are provided. There are also games and puzzles in the TV cabinet. My favorite little extra was the Bose Bluetooth speaker. I got lots of use from it out on the lanai. The unit is a short walk and scramble from a nice little sandy beach that’s good for swimming and even surfing. Watch for rocks. Location is a few minutes north of Kaanapali Beach, about a 10 minute drive from Front Street Lahaina. Allow an hour drive to and from Kahului Airport. Small shops are within a mile but for bars/nightlife, you’ll have to trek to Kaanapali and beyond. This is a wonderful unit and property and I hope to be back again soon.

We truly enjoyed staying at this place. Very nice and comfortable place. A perfect size for two people with everything you need. The view from the lanai was perfect for seeing sea turtles and humpback whales. Beautiful location that is a quiet community close to vendors, beaches and other activities. One environment change is that the once sandy beaches in front are now full of lava rocks. Not all is loss, sea turtles love feeding in this area.

We thoroughly enjoyed the view from the patio every day. This is a great location for easy access to snorkeling and restaurants. Parking was easy. The pool was beautiful. Nearly everyone here is vacationing. Barbecue grills worked great. We saw turtles every day from the patio! The main room doesn’t have air-conditioning so we avoided it in the afternoon. Will definitely stay again.

This property was absolutely beautiful.. The communication between us and Lisa was very friendly and she was quick to respond. We came out for our wedding and couldn’t be happier with the decision to go with this place. The view, the turtles, the location… Everything was perfect. Thank you!!
