Aloha, and welcome to paradise! Our 2017 newly constructed custom home sits beachfront at Alligator Rock- a local favorite out here on the North Shore of Oahu. With family-friendly beaches, excellent spearfishing and snorkeling, and 5 different surf spot viewable from the lanai, our home is designed to meet a variety interests and skill levels.
From the moment you enter the home, you feel as though you are standing on the water- the views are truly breathtaking. Whether you want to work on your tan from the upstairs lanai, or relax in the hammocks below, this home was created to take in the best of what the legendary North Shore has to offer.
The home is fully air conditioned, with three of the four bedrooms featuring stunning ocean views. Our floor plan is complete with 2 master bedroom suites, a bedroom with a queen size bed, and a bedroom with two twin beds. The upstairs breezeway has an additional futon for extra sleeping room. Each bedroom has it’s own corresponding bathroom, with an additional bathroom in the basement, as well as an outdoor heated shower, both designed to keep you playing on the beach as much as possible.
The craftsman style living room opens directly to the covered lanai through a massive 12-foot wide pocket door, connecting you with the environment your entire stay. Our covered lanais feature breathtaking 180 degree ocean views. From the comfort of our home, you can see the endangered Hawaiian Sea Turtles year round. The winter months bring the big waves, as well as breaching humpback whales viewable right from your room.
You cannot get closer to the sand than this home. Open the large basement game room and relax on the hammocks as you take in the sand and sea from sunrise to sunset. You will not find a sweeter spot on the North Shore.

The house was spectacular! Our family of 8 was very comfortable. Ashley was quick to respond with any questions we had. The amenities were incredible, right down to snorkels, water shoes and beach towels! If and when we return to the beautiful North Shore we would definitely stay here again.

The house was awesome and just as advertised. We really enjoyed the location and had a great time. We saw sea turtles right from our beach and loved that the beach was not crowded at all. We even made a new feathered friend (we named him Petey) that decided to join us for meals. Ashley was an absolute pleasure to work with and very responsive to any questions. We had a wonderful stay and all five of us highly recommend this rental.

A large house right on the ocean at the north shore of Oahu! The natural sound of the waves crashing is so relaxing. Direct access to the beach and the clear blue water allowed for a daily walk! Location was great just minutes from a couple small towns, multiple beaches, Waimea beach, Waimea falls, dole plantation. Ashley was an amazing host. Responding quickly with communication and assisting with any needs, questions or concerns. The house and all appliances were clean. There is lots of water sport equipment, towels, games.I must say the cleanest BBQ at any location I have ever stayed! Ashley, thank you so much for being such an amazing host and sharing your beautiful property with us!Rick, Donna and family!

Right on the beach, great location. We saw whales off the lanai, we snorkeled steps from the condo. Ashley was an amazing host. The house has everything you need to cook and to go to the beach. definitely stay here again.

Ashley’s place was just as described and literally right on the water. Peaceful with rolling waves and beautiful sunsets. Easy quick drives to Waimea and Haleiwa. 3 on the water decks gave us access to the most beautiful views and great waves. I would recommend this location again.

The property felt like home. Perfect size for our family, tons of bathroom, basement is massive and perfect for the kids. Love hearing the waves every single day. Ashley is so warm, super nice and easy to communicate with. We would come back here every time we can!

There were 8 of us staying, ranging from 20 years old to 82! Absolutely loved the number of bathrooms, the large kitchen island and the lanai. Each morning, you could find at least a couple of us looking over the ocean, drinking coffee and just enjoying the wonderful view.
We have been to several VRBO's and they range significantly with kitchen items included. This VRBO, by far the best! So many cooking utensils, spices, crockpot, griddle and even 2 cheese shredders!
So close to great beaches along the North Shore and the town of Haleiwa, which the three 20 somethings decided to snorkel with sharks. They highly recommend for those brave enough to get beyond the thought of swimming with sharks.
If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki/Honolulu, this is the place for you! At times there is heavy traffic in front of the VRBO, making it difficult to get out. The key to the short driveway onto a busy road, is to back into the driveway. Thankfully, my husband drove the entire time and was good with backing our large SUV into place each day.

Process to acquire was quick and efficient. I caution you on the parking. Area is small and backing out into traffic was horrible. We had a Suburban and it barely fit either had to back in to the property or back out to a very busy highway. Even my son who had a smaller car had to back in. Street parking was full so that was not an option.
