Amazing location and property. Just steps from the ocean (and we saw turtles on several occasions out there), next to food carts, cinnamon rolls, great parks, grocery store...you have everything you need here. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need. Fast response from host. I loved it, and we can't wait to come back!
We absolutely loved our stay in Lisa’s condo! The short walk to the beach was perfect for my kids. We loved all the amenties-pool, putt putt and shuffle board. The front desk staff was amazing and gave us great recommendations for a near by gym (Club Maui- also highly recommend) and cinnamon rolls. We loved walking to the nearby food trucks for dinner as well.The condo had all the supplies we needed in the kitchen and we cooked several meals there. Papakea was quiet and very family friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed was a little springy but my kids didn’t seem to mind. Overall it was amazing! Lisa was really helpful during the tsunami warning and overall provided great communication. We definitely did not want to leave and can’t wait to come back!
my husband and I had a rough start to 2025 so we decided to travel to paradise to get refreshed. Everything was great and we had an amazing time! our favorite part was the private beach outside the condo!!! Can't wait to go back!
We had a magnificent 10-day stay at this amazing and well furnished condo and can’t wait to go back! We’ve stayed at this development eight times and this was our favorite condo of all! Pictures are just as shown - condo is roomy, well air-conditioned, two TVs, the comfiest king bed, newly remodeled bath with a large vanity and shower, and of course the best view right off the lanai! Just steps away from the pool area and the ocean! Lisa was incredibly attentive and we felt very welcome at her place. I would give it 10 stars if I could!
Beautiful ground floor unit with great views! Nice quiet area within walking distance of restaurants, food trucks and grocery store.
If you want a laid back spot, amenities that are not crowded, and great location, Papakei is the spot!
Lisa's property at Papakea Resort was absolutely perfect for our stay. Lisa was very communicative throughout the booking process and our vacation. The unit is well kept and clean and the property is absolutely beautiful! We could not get over the view off the patio and we made so much use of the pool & beach! There are a lot of good restaurants nearby and the proximity to the grocery & ABC store made it easy to get all of our necessities.
My husband & I worked remotely from the condo and the wifi and service was reliable and there was plenty of working space between the dining table and the patio.
We are hoping to return again as we already miss it!
Mt husband and I stayed with our two boys (8 and 11). The boys loved being only steps from the ocean. In front of this unit is not rocky and they were able to play in the ocean every day.

My sister and I stayed in this beautiful condo for 10 days and loved it. Loved all the beautiful upgrades and the location was perfect. We were close to the pool and the seawall to sit and watch the turtles swim by. Hopefully we can stay here again sooner than later!
I was reluctant to stay in a ground floor unit but it was the best location for ease and access to pool and beach. The bed was extremely comfortable and so many amenities were available for our use in the unit. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The resort was so clean and all the staff was so friendly. We were very happy with our stay and would return again. Mahalo!

This property was nicely updated, the view was perfect (part pool/part ocean). Being on the ground floor was very handy and a few steps from the pool. The air-conditioning worked well and was very helpful!
