This location was wonderful. 5 minutes from our favorite beach on Maui, Po'Olenalena. It is out of the busy part of Wailea, sitting right on the border of Kihei. The home is well appointed and had everything we needed for a perfect Maui vacation. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed a week, this condo did not disappoint. Very clean, large lanai, well equipped. It is a healthy walk to and from the beach as it sits up on a hill, but doable. Quiet property and great amenities. Pool and Bbq very close and the large pavilion down the hill by the beach is lovely. Would definitely stay here again

We absolutely loved this little community this home sits in. Beautiful walk to the beach, the lanai is relaxing and the sunset views are like no other. The check in process was smooth and the unit was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Parking is painless. The walk back from the beach is a little more strenuous as it is uphill the whole time but there is a path all the way to the beach and back. There are no roads you have to croas to get to the beach and there is a parking lot you can drive to if you prefer not taking the walk. Honestly the walk is very beautiful though, the grounds are well kept and there are many beautiful plants and wildlife/birding to see. All in all would absolutely stay here again and again!
We had a great time. Place was great for our family. The condo had a new parking lot going in so that was not ideal for parking while we were there and sorting out a safe spot to park was not easy. Lisa and a local resident helped us sort it all out though. Walking down to the beach and main pool was great but it is a hike back up the hill. The 3rd pool which is close to the condo seems to be a quiet adult pool so we always headed down to the mail pool. Overall it was a great relaxing vacation. We liked the property!
Everything about this place was lovely. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This time we were there for a month with my children and grandchildren visiting in nearby condo and two staying here.for 6 days . great family times.
I especially love the huge lanai and the sunsets. Kitchen is excellent. The nearby pool is great and we often had it for ourselves. Walk down to the sea is longer than for some other units but this was not a big deal. On days with little ones we drove to the public access lot to drop off chairs. The beautifully kept grounds and the face that the place is walkable to grocery store and cafes ( shops at wailea and Whale Tail) made it especially great. Would come again.
This is our 2nd time renting this property and it was as amazing as the last trip! The unit is extremely clean, quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this unit for those who are okay with a small walk to the top of the property, close to the upper pool which is often so quiet!
We enjoyed the property - it was equipped with everything we would need for our stay and for the beach, and the new kitchen and cleanliness overall were great. The decor could be updated a bit but that wasn't a big deal as we didn't spend a ton of time indoors. Overall recommend!
This was our third time staying in Ekahi village and Lisa’s place was by far the cleanest and most updated. We will only stay in Ekahi village while on Maui and all future stays will hopefully be here and Lisa’s. She is incredibly responsive and checked on us to make sure that we had everything we needed. Highly recommended.
This property had all the basics we needed for a quick trip. The owner/ manager was fast to respond to a plumbing issue. Location was fine for what we needed but a little far from beach.
Great location. Amazing view from the lanai on a gorgeous property. The host was super helpful with getting a crib delivered and everything we needed was supplied. Would definitely visit again

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at 45B in Ekahi Village! The condo was immaculate when we checked in, well stocked kitchen with everything that you need! Really comfortable sofa-bed for our 2 children, all the beach accessories you will need! The BBQ area is just seconds away, and walk to beach / Pavilion is a few minutes, Often we would drop everyone and everything off and then bring our car back. Having access to the Pavillion off the beach is great, you can keep food in the fridge there to store your lunch items/drink for the day, so once you were at the beach you were set!
This property was perfect for our family of 4. It’s one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever stayed at, and it was a quick walk to the beach and other accommodations. Lisa was very easy to communicate with if we needed anything. Highly recommend!
