Welcome to our tropical paradise at beautiful Papakea Resort. Our condo E106 is conveniently located on the ground floor with very close access to the ocean and the pool area in building E.
This is a legally permitted vacation rental and hotel zone according to the County of Maui ordinances.
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR CONDO IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 8 YEARS OLD.
The kitchen has been remodelled with maple cabinets, granite counters, recessed lighting and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, utensils and all the cookware you can imagine to make a gourmet meal!
The bathroom has been newly remodelled May 2025 (photos coming) with a travertine stone shower, new frameless glass shower doors, new toilet and new separate vanity area with blowdryer.
The Master bedroom has a newer king size mattress (Jan 2023), hotel style bedding, a flat screen HDTV, a ceiling fan and plenty of closet and dresser space.
The living room has all new furniture and new local art, glass lamps , a new 50" flat screen smart TV, and free wifi. There is also a bistro style dining room table and 4 chairs.
Take advantage of the afternoon shade and trade winds to keep the entire condo cool naturally. The unit is also equipped with new super quiet split system air conditioning, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, as well as a BOSCH washer/dryer (we provide detergent)
We provide beach chairs, a cooler, boogie board, beach umbrella and golf putters for the putting green located right in front of our condo.
Wake up to the sound of the ocean and enjoy the morning sun as you sip coffee on the spacious lanai, complete with new lanai furniture
As VRBO renters ourselves for years we have tried to provide everything possible to make your stay amazing!
Papakea charges a facilities fee of $25 per night . This is paid directly to the front desk when you check out. This covers your parking , wifi, cable, local calls and all the resort amenities.
The location of Papakea couldn't be better. While Mother Nature removed Papakea's seasonal beach several years ago, you are just a short walk across the beautiful Papakea grounds to famous North Kaanapali Beach, which stretches almost two miles all the way south to Black Rock. That means you have all the access to one of the best beaches in the world without the intrusion of crowds of beachgoers right outside your window. You are just steps from a terrific snorkelling reef, where you can enjoy swimming with the gorgeous Hawaiian fish and sea turtles.

We are so impressed with this resort and condo! It is so comfortable and very quiet and low key! So nice to have ocean access right from the resort. Location is perfectly situated close to shopping and restaurants. Owner was very responsive. The bed was awesome and unit stocked very well! Grounds are well maintained and kept clean. Highly recommend staying here!! Hope we can come back some day!!

The condo is clean and easy. The kitchen is well equipped for eating in some nights, and the location is near stores and restaurants without being in the middle of things. The grounds are well maintained, with the pool, grills and putting green just off the lanai. The owner was available for any concerns and very helpful.

Pros: Family friendly, close to the pool, ground level, close to the ocean, BBQ, Excellent location: close to food trucks, ABC store and Korean BBQ. Bed was comfortable 1st night, washer and dryer, Ceiling fans, large dresser, adorable furnishings. Beach chairs, oven, A/C, Tiki torches at night, Koi ponds and BEAUTIFUL foliage. Amazing sunsets!! Plenty of lounge chairs.
Cons: Bed could be upgraded. Putting green out front wasn’t open. Pool doesn’t open until 9am and several days was only open to water aerobics in the morning. Poor shower water pressure.

Outstanding location (beach front, close to shop/restaurant), with well equipped facility and appliances in excellent working condition, and everything was super clean. Much superior to the 5 or 6 star hotels that I have stayed at Maui but only at a fraction of cost. Suitable for a short or long term stay. Due to its popularity - one needs to book early.
