As a large single-level home there are no stairs. The glass doors at the back of the home can be opened and slide into the walls, opening the large kitchen, dining and living room to the lanai, pool and beautiful outdoor garden - the ultimate in indoor-outdoor living. The comfortable elegance of this home is sure to delight your entire family.
County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.

This single-level 4 bedroom home is fully furnished with 4 Master Suites, each with a private master bath/ensuite.
In the main home the first bedroom features a King Size bed.
The 2nd bedroom also has a King.
The 3rd is equipped with two (2) Twin XL beds that can be joined to make a King with a gel mattress topper. In addition.
There is an American Leather King sleeper sofa in the family room.
This home is the Hoku B model which is one of only a few at KaMilo that feature a standalone guest cottage. Detached from the home this suite has a King bed and its own washroom.
The house and the guest cottage all have central AC. There is a large laundry room in the home for your use.
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. This property offered everything we needed for a beautiful Christmas vacation! With 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it fit 9 of us perfectly. We even had my parents stay over on Christmas Eve so it slept 11 for one night. We used the pullout couch in the little office and it was very comfortable. This house is great for families because of the layout, pool, hot tub, patio grill, and huge kitchen. We cooked every night and enjoyed the pool and hot tub immensely. The house was stocked with bikes, beach chairs and toys, umbrellas, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and coolers.
There were a few issues with an indoor fan not working, the hot tub pump breaking, and the AC not working great but each time something happened, management immediately sent someone over and it was resolved. We would stay here again. Loved the beautiful, quiet neighborhood, gated community, nearby stores, and easy access to Hapuna Beach, which is our favorite.

This house had everything! Have stayed at many VRBO’s & must say this place was totally stocked with everything you needed- from spices & seasonings, kitchen supplies & paper goods. Location couldn’t have better- 5 mins from grocery store, restaurants & shopping. It is so family friendly with every bedroom having its own bathroom. Highly recommend this house. Will probably stay here again!

Overall, a great time. There were just a few things that stood out. The first was the off-white/white sofa, which was not very clean and had visible stains from everyday wear. A thorough cleanup of the upholstery would go a long way and make this space even more inviting. Finally, the listing does not mention it, but the back door to the pool may not be left open due to county/city regulations. This information is shared after you have booked, etc., and is also noted in the binder provided to you at the rental. I know it's out of their control, but it would have been nice to know before because it would help manage expectations. Apart from those two minor points, the stay was pretty enjoyable for me and my family. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the property - layout (especially the guest cottage) was a great layout for 4 couple. Guessing they had just done spraying and we had a problem with dead and living small bugs in the carpets of the bedrooms. Never did get the property management to do anything about it, but there was a vacuum, so we took care of it. Other than that, really terrific - thank you!

This property is fantastic! Great location and great amenities. Our entire family enjoyed the private pool and spa, the Beach club access and the beach and snorkeling, bicycling, the community pool and fitness center. The home is very comfortable and easily accommodated our family of 9 for 9 great days. Every aspect was as represented. Lots of toys, bicycles and beach gear. All were in good shape. Close to beaches, grocery store, coffee shop and golf.
We had a few minor glitches that were remedied immediately. Very helpful and responsive staff.

Stayed here in early November as a group of 8 (4 couples) adults. Beautiful home that is well appointed and comfortable.
We had just two blips which I think are worth noting, and wish had been mentioned on the site:
1 - there were only 6 dining chairs. We had a group of 8. We found one broken chair in the garage and another in the primary bedroom. We made do, but when I called upon arrival and let the PM know, there was no solution given. They told me that they'd repair the broken chair in the garage when we left. Not helpful.
2 - this second issue was a larger problem for us, as two of the couples had early flights out. We were expected to launder our own towels!!! At a property of this price point AND having a cleaning fee as part of the overall rental fee, we all agreed was unreasonable. Because of the early flights, the two remaining couples had to do the laundry for the other two. DEFINITELY NOT how we'd planned to spend our last morning at the house. We all agreed that this should have been disclosed prior to the rental. We did comply, because we were afraid that our deposit would be held.
Aside from those two things, we had a great experience.

Initial check in and unit appearance was great. The pool area was nice and relaxing. We cooked at the property and found out our microwave didn’t work. They brought a replacement the next day. We tried to stay up on the towels and general house keeping. The washer was not working properly and a maintenance man was sent to fix. He found out the water supply was shut off. Not sure the purpose of that. The dryer also took 2 full cycles to dry the towels. The irrigation system came on the following day with a leaked onto the entry way sidewalk. Once again I notified house keeping and reported the issue. The pool was filled with grass clippings after the lawn was mowed and I cleaned it. Let the pool guy know and he was going to mention to the yard guy. Some of these issues that arose could have been averted by taking the time to be thorough in the inspection prior to renting. Also if a task is performed clean up being tidy goes a long way. Best Regards
