Ka'anapali's finest beachfront setting, with a prime location near shopping and activities. Our fully equipped, ocean view studio condo, A-517 is located on the 5th floor of the Aloha Tower, and is accessible by elevator. Thermostatically controlled, Central Air Conditioning, cools the unit . Our condo has a comfortable King Bed with new mattress, and a new Queen pull-out sofa bed. It has been recently remodeled to include new stainless steel kitchen appliances, drapes, carpet and paint. The Resort is set on 11 acres of exotic tropical gardens, along one of the finest stretches of Ka'anapali Beach, just 1/2 mile north of Black Rock. Swim, snorkel, paddle, or sail directly off our white sand beach in warm, crystal-clear turquoise water. Lounge by two adult swimming pools, kiddie pool, or spas, with cocktail and food service from our on-site, full service restaurant, Castaway. Relax in chaises under the trees on the peaceful lawn adjacent to the beach, or grab our beach umbrella and chairs and sink your toes into the sand. Spot Humpback whales directly from shore between November and March. Golf at any of four nearby championship golf courses, or play next door at the Royal Lahaina Tennis Club. Ride the "Free Green Ka'anapali Trolley" to shopping, restaurants, and hotels for entertainment or luaus just south of Black Rock. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, or the most important meal of the day, 'Happy Hour', at the full service Castaway Restaurant, situated beachfront. Or, simply, sip a glass of wine on our lanai as you watch the sun set over the ocean after another perfect day in paradise.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING. Our policy allows cancellation outside a 60-day period prior to arrival, with an immediate refund less a 10% cancellation fee of the total reservation amount. Any cancellations made within the 60-day period without sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of deposit. Owner will make every attempt to re-book the property. Should owner succeed in re-booking this time frame, we'll be glad to refund any pro-rata share, less the 10% cancellation fee of the total reservation amount. We had the pleasure of staying at Barbara's VRBO in Maui Kanaapali Villas, and we cannot express what a great experience it was.
The unit has breathtaking panoramic views of the azure ocean and lush greenery from the comfort of the private balcony. Situated in a convenient prime location - steps to the beach, short drive to shops and grocery stores.
Barbara was a great host, ensuring we enjoyed our stay and that everything was satisfying. We felt like valued guests, and her responsiveness to any queries or requests further enhanced our overall satisfaction.
Our nine-day stay was a great experience, from the stunning location and well-appointed accommodations to the exceptional hospitality of the host.

The resort itself is amazing, we enjoyed having the coffee ready in the lobby first thing in the morning and seeing all the friendly staff. The pools are spacious and warm and the landscaping impeccable. The adjacent beach is the best on the island. The condo has an amazing view of the ocean and had everything we needed. Barbara is quick to respond to any email and any question. It is obvious she wants your vacation to be as seamless as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend her and plan on returning next year.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Barbara’s unit. The unit was very clean, was just as advertised, and we felt comfortable and welcomed at all times. In our short time in Maui, we made many connections with staff members who were most kind and hospitable. The unit itself had everything that we needed (comfortable beds, tv, wifi, full kitchen with everything needed for cooking or keeping left over food in containers, double bathroom sinks and a shower/bathtub with good pressure and hot water). Barbara herself was an excellent communicator and we feel blessed and very lucky to have made her acquaintance through the booking and staying process. Without a doubt, we would book another trip to Maui and we would absolutely book with Barbara again. The Kaanapali beach that the unit is located next to is a beautiful beach (we feel it is one of the nicest beaches in Maui that allows for swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, and whale and turtle watching). The location is also close to restaurants and Whalers Village that is all within walking distance. We can’t wait to go back!!!

The place is amazing and the location is awesome. You have a great view of the garden and the ocean from the patio. The condo was neat and clean. The condo has all you need for your stay.

Great condo for us to stay in Maui. Footsteps to the beach and a nice pool and hot tub to relax all day. The condo itself is nice; me and my wife and 2 girls were able to squeeze in and had enough room to hangout. The pullout bed is big enough for two small children, I wouldn’t recommend it for two children over age 12. The condo also has beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear which we enjoyed. The Maui Kaanapali Villas were not too big, but big enough to feel like a really nice overall experience.

The view was amazing, with great views of the ocean and grounds. The property at Maui Kaanapali Villas is right on Kaanapali Beach -- gorgeous with beautiful landscaping and flowers, a warm pool that stays open late, and shuffleboard. Located right on the beach walk makes this an ideal location. Host was friendly and helpful and made the reservation process smooth and ideal.
