We loved staying right on the beach in this quiet, clean condo! They had great beach gear which was fun for the kids. We loved eating meals and drinking coffee on the lanai while our kids ran around the palm trees on the grass. Not the comfiest beds, but we loved this property, and the hosts/management were fantastic! They gave us so many tips about places to go and we found our favorite beach and bakery because of them! Would absolutely stay here again!

We were thoroughly impressed with our condo at Sugar Beach Resort and the service of Sunny Maui Vacation. Great location, quiet, well-stocked unit, great beach and a pool! We look forward to staying here again.

This condo has everything you are looking for ! It was the perfect size for our family of 4 and just a few steps out of the lanai and you’re on the beach ! It was conveniently located in a non busy area of Kīhei which was perfect for the kids no need to cross busy streets to get to the beach it had appliances silverware and things to take to the beach the bathroom had a funky smell but other than that it was pretty close to perfect we will definitely stay here again

Our first time in Maui, and we will be back! Our condo had beach chairs, boogie board, a small cooler, beach towels. Great central location-it was very nice!
