Welcome to Hale Kailani at Poipu Beach Estates! Kailani means “heavenly waters” in the beautiful Hawaiian language, and you will find just that at this luxurious tropical property. Cascading waterfalls into the heated pool create a soothing ambiance as you enter the property. Pristine inside and out, this brand new 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home and 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage are sure to exceed expectations and are the perfect place to unwind from your day. Featuring a private, heated pool, guests can enjoy the water from the comfort of your own front yard. White sand beaches are located less than a 5 minute drive from the property, or a comfortable 10 minute walk, if you are in the mood.
The main house includes two master suites, each with a king size bed, soaking tub, walk-in shower with two shower heads, and ample closet space. The upstairs suite (the only bedroom on the upper level) also includes a private lanai perfect for enjoying a drink while taking in the beautiful island views. Additional rooms in the main house include a shared guest bathroom and a bunk room featuring a “twin over full” configuration plus a twin-size pull out trundle bed. The final bedroom contains a queen bed and overlooks the immaculate courtyard and pool. Additionally, the living room sofa opens up to a queen-size sofa bed, making the home well equipped to accommodate 12 individuals. The house is ideally situated to take advantage of the tropical breezes with multiple window, door and screen options available. If the trade winds die down, each bedroom and each of the main living areas also includes its own split air conditioning unit, so every guest will stay comfortable at any time of the day.
The cottage features two upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has access to the second bathroom, also with a tub/shower combo. Downstairs, the living room boasts a queen size pull out sofa bed, full kitchen, dining and laundry area. The cottage can accommodate 6 guests.

Beautiful home with all the amenities.
Our family of 13 thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Kitchen spacious and well equipped.
Rooms lovely with nice soaking tubes.
The pool was perfect to come back to after a day at the beach.

Everything about this property was 5 star….. check in, communication and management responsiveness, accommodations, house amenities, location, quality of bedding/furniture, kitchen supplies, etc
Our group of 9 adult friends were not disappointed in any aspect of this listing. We all would highly recommend. Many thanks to the property manager for responsiveness and to the family owners for offering this lovely, well maintained home.

We loved this house. Everything was perfect and set up for a large multi-generational group. The property is walkable to the beach, shopping, food and sunsets. Communication with the property owners and the manager was flawless. No complaints. Mahalo 🙏

1000/10 Stars!! This place and the property manager, Nica, were absolutely AMAZING! It is absolutely beautiful inside and out, so well kept and cleaned. It is also stocked with so many extras like beach towels, beach gear (umbrellas, snorkel gear, coolers, etc) as well as plenty of spices/oils/etc if you want to cook a nice dinner. We traveled with a group of our friends and we all had plenty of space and room without feeling cramped. It is so close to the beach and all the fun activities in Poipu, but also nice enough to just hang out there by the pool!
I also cannot say enough good things about Nica - she truly went above and beyond for us! We had a special request and she was so accommodating and kind. She also made the check in/check out process super easy and clear.
We all LOVED this place and everyone said it is the nicest place they’ve ever stayed. I hope to be lucky enough to stay here again! Thank you again Nica for all your help, we made memories that will last us a lifetime!

The property was perfect in every way. Great proximity to the beach and shops. We had children ranging in ages from 19 to 1 year old and they all had a wonderful memorable vacation! We had everything we needed and more!

I can’t even begin to say enough good things about this amazing & beautiful property! Before we even arrived Nica, the property manager, contacted us to see if we had questions and sent us a book highlighting spectacular Kauai. Nica was very helpful to answer any & all my questions before our arrival and during our stay. She was very prompt in her replies. She even recommended a fabulous photographer for our family pictures at the beach.
This house had everything from pack & plays to high chairs to beach chairs, umbrellas, towels & toys, even a nice baby stroller. The kitchen was very nice with all the cooking equipment, pots & pans and even a vita mix blender. The oversized refrigerator/freezer was WOW! We grilled three or four nights and also ordered pizza one night from a nearby restaurant. There were lots of extras like salt/pepper/spices, tin foil etc., also paper goods like paper towels, garbage bags & toilet paper. There was even laundry detergent. We’ve stayed in many VRBO homes and this one was above & beyond! The reviews do not over rate this one, it’s everything they advertise. Brian, the owner, even hand delivered a pack & play when we couldn’t locate the second one we needed.
This beautiful oasis was the perfect place for our family to reconnect. All the amenities made it easy. We had 8 adults & 6 children under the age of 5. Whether it’s all adults or families or friends, this is an amazing Kauai getaway home.

This home made our group of 16s time in Kauai an absolute dream! Our group included 4 separate families ranging in ages from 1-70 years old. To our group, having enough space for everyone makes trips/ time together as a large group work for us or not. Never once did we feel, “on top of each other”. Families came as went as needed without disrupting the other groups. Communication with the host from booking to the trip was a breeze. The home was out of a magazine kept up, clean and had every accommodation needed to make our stay comfortable. Kauai is a dream vacation spot but the home had our kids wanting, “home time”, more often than we imagined as the pool, living space and ping pong available were just the best! It was hard to leave and we are longing to come back! Thank you!!
