We stayed for 8 nights during Thanksgiving week and had a blast! The description was 100% accurate and met all of our expectations. The host, Dean, was very attentive and helpful prior to our arrival, during our stay, and even as we departed for our trip back home. The condo itself felt like a home away from home for us during our stay. The location was perfect! Ground floor was really nice to have, and literally, the condo is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach (where we saw sea turtles both on the beach and in the water and watched the sunset almost every evening). There are multiple delicious restaurants and shops within a very short walking distance and even more just a mile or two up the road by car. It was great to have access to beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and even a cooler. The appliances are all updated (super convenient to have a washer/dryer in the unit), the furniture is comfortable, and the shower pressure is fantastic! We enjoyed the pool/hot tub at the complex as well as the pickleball court where we were able to connect with many kind residents and visitors. Parking was easy, and driving distance to island attractions was reasonable. We would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it!
Perfect spot for a quick getaway! I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Maui and B105 was a great place to park my flip flops for the week! This unit is exceptionally clean and well stocked. The bed is very comfortable too - always a bonus when on vacation. The owner is excellent with replying to any questions I had. Kihei Ali'i Kai is conveniently located close to excellent beaches. I will 100% be returning to Maui soon and look forward to staying in B105 again! Mahalo

Perfect location for beach goers. The location is steps away from beach. Ground floor so easy to get in and get out.Bedroom doesn't have a AC, but they have provided 2 fans, that was sufficient for us. Apartment is large so it was nice. Sufficient enough utensils if you are into making quick eats. The location is close to quite a lot of good food places as well. I totally recommend this place.

We had an amazing time in this condo. It was very new and clean and everything work out perfectly fine. The location was wonderful as we are right next to the beach and can walk there in about 1 minute. There are so many good restaurant and stores near by and most of them are within walking distance. There is also a parking lot right next to the room which is super convenient. The owner was very easy to communicate with and even let us in early since our flight landed sooner than we expected. We would 100% come here again and stay in the same condo. I would completely recommend this condo for your vacation.
A five star experience! My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here for my birthday weekend. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Dean was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect and made our trip super smooth. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

We just got back from our flawless stay in Kihei, Maui. Spotless condo, perfect location and tentative host Dean. We are still dreaming about it and will hope back when we have a chance.
Apartment was clean and well kept. Living area was spacious and interior was new. Beach was right down by the apartment complex and there were number of dining places nearby. You have to get a self service parking pass from the office (open all hours). Dean was very responsive to any questions I had during the check in. A recommended stay for a solo traveller or a couple.
Me and my husband stayed here for our anniversary and it was a great spot to stay. It felt so comfortable, and it was so nice to stay somewhere that had a washer and dryer in the unit along with a full kitchen which was a bonus. The location of the unit is perfect, its in a quiet neighborhood that has a pool as well if you need a break from the ocean. Which is also a two minute walk to the beach, and a minute walk to a food/shopping center. With even more shops and restaurants walking distance down the road. We even got to see a fireworks show on friday night from the patio which was special.
This condo was equipped with just about everything you could need. The location is very walkable to central Kihei and the beach. Parking close to the unit was sometimes a problem. The complex is large and it’s kind of like a maze! The pool was lovely. The owner was very proactive and checked in occasionally to make sure all is well. We were super happy here.
Perfect condo for seeing the water, getting some quick bites to eat and centrally located to everything on the island.
The condo is really nice and the location is perfect.It has all the facilities inside, even beach towels to use The beach is one block away and the water is fantastic!Dean (the property manager) is very responsive and accommodating!I would certainly stay here again, in my next visit!

Everything was good except there was only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper total. We had to go buy some.
The condo was very accommodating and a perfect location for me and my son! Literally a block from the beach and close to other places! The condo was clean and well kept! The check in was super easy, parking usually available in the lower lot and condo was close to parking area! Only down side is only ac in main part of condo and not room but fans were available in the bedroom! Def would book again for next year!
Dean reacts very quickly which is very reassuring. Everything in the condo is new and complete: good bed & bathroom, snorkelgear available etc. Good location: you only need to cross the street to get access to the beach (Kamaole Beach Park1),during a morning walk we spotted 3 turtles

My wife and I had a terrific stay in Kihei. The location of the property is perfect - one block from the beach but still quiet and private. There are numerous restaurants and shops within close walking distance. The newly updated unit was as advertised. It's on the ground floor and the ocean-facing lanai is nicely protected by a beautiful hedge and awning shades. Dean is very communicative and helpful. He even apologized for a very minor issue with a bathroom cabinet hinge! Thanks Dean. We'll be back for a future visit to beautiful Maui.

The condo was perfect - close to the beaches and restaurants, yet very quiet and private. The recent updates and new furnishings are beautiful, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our favorite pastime in Kihei is walking the beaches, and this location couldn't be any better. Our host Dean was very helpful and communicative, and we would certainly rent this unit again on our next trip back to Maui!
This condo is conveniently located just across the street from the beach. The unit was very clean and comfortable. All the necessary items were available to cook with. The owner also provided beach chairs and beach umbrella along with great beach towels. The owner also provides a good channel selection on the TV. We felt at home and would have loved to stay longer.
