Our stay at this Wailea condo was incredible. The ocean views were stunning, and the location—just steps from the pool and beach—couldn't have been more convenient. The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed, including cookware, beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers.The property management team was exceptional. They reached out before our trip to offer a proactive switch to this unit due to nearby construction at our original booking. Their communication was top-notch, and the welcome basket on arrival was a thoughtful touch.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back!
We travel to Wailea regularly and have stayed in a few different locations close by. This was by far our worst experience. Upon arrival we noticed several bug traps in the unit. It was late at night, so we didn't have a great chance to explore as we quickly went to bed. The next morning was awful. There were bugs everywhere. Several different kinds. We are not new to the tropics, and understand we need to keep things wrapped up and clean, but this was beyond that. Cockroaches, beetles, bugs of every description were everywhere. They were even in the dishwasher. I couldn't even prepare dinner without the bugs attacking the food as I was cooking. We asked for a move, and while we were accommodated, a day later, to a less expensive unit higher up in the complex with no sun deck and a non-stop smoker in the unit below which meant we could not spend any time outside our unit. Our refunded didn't even cover the cost of the unit differences, the lost day we had to pack up and move our belongings or a refund of at least one night stay. We endured two nights in this horrible unit. Fumigation is necessary in Hawaii on a regular basis, and I'm not sure why this unit wasn't cleaned properly and sprayed. Our vacation was ruined. I appreciated the managers help, but the lack of acknowledgement that our vacation was severely impacted and the lack of refund for a smaller unit right next to the road was laughable. While the new unit was clean, it was not what we paid for.
Phenomenal place to stay. Excellent kitchen and equipment. Well appointed bath and bedrooms. Multiple towels for bath and towels to use at beach. Washer and dryer excellent. Very short walk to beach. 3 minute drive to grocery store and small high end shops. 10 minute walk to grand wailea laua. Wonderful experience. Hope to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Elua Village, unit 907. The management team was very responsive to our requests and the condo was very well appointed. The only thing missing was the bottle of champagne we saw in all the photos. :) We'll definitely look forward to another stay.
My family of 5 had the privilege of renting this unit in April and we couldn’t be happier with our stay!! We’ve been to Maui multiple times and this was our favourite trip by far. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious and well set up and the location couldn’t have been better as far as our short walks to the beach and the pool. Thank you for hosting us, we can’t wait to return again!
We LOVED the corner unit location with GREAT views and perfect access to the beach boardwalk and oceanfront pool. Very comfortable with everything you need and the large lanai is awesome!
We have stayed in this condo 2 times and have loved it ready to book for next year. Great location and nice clean unit!!

This condo is a GREAT find... we couldn't ask for more! It has been updated with beautiful furniture & appliances, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very well appointed, and the location can't be beat. It is located steps from BOTH the beach and the pool pavilion, but far enough away so you don't have any noise whatsoever. The gardens surrounding the Wailea Elua complex are lush with gorgeous tropical plantings everywhere. This condo provides the perfect setting for a Hawaiian getaway!
Fabulous place and great location. Residents were friendly and invited us to play Pickleball. Made friends and look forward to our next visit here!
The condo was awesome. It was clean, and supported our party perfectly (6 total). It had plenty of chairs and even a bin full of beach toys and gear. The kitchen was stalked with everything needed for preparing and cooking if desired. Location was great as well, it was near the lower pool, and a quick 2-3 minutes to the beach, pickleball/tennis court, or upper pool. Great to watch the various birds come and go throughout the grounds as well, or just sit and listen to the ocean. I would recommend adding an umbrella for the beach. Definitely recommended if you are looking at the Wailea area. Shopping and golf are close by as well.
