Another happy May spent at Foster Tower. The view and location are prime. The unit is relaxing and comfortable, with great cross ventilation. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. We enjoyed the beach and/or the pool and hot tub every day. We rented a car for a week this time. It was fun to see other parts of the island and the included parking was secure and easy to access.

The view and location are fantastic. The unit is large, airy and comfortable, full of interesting tchotchkes and art. The protected swimming area across the street is great for the timid, and the open ocean is a short walk away. Shout out to building security, who were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are very comfortable, though the pool area could use some umbrellas for shade. We had one small maintenance issue, that Lani had fixed right away. There's is plenty to do in Waikiki and on Oahu and this is an excellent base for it.
The location cannot be beat. The apartment was very clean and the view is just like you see it in the pictures. The communication with the property manager was great and they responded quickly. We had a wonderful trip and would stay at this apartment again. Highly recommend 😊
If you don’t need frills and luxury and value location and convenience instead this is a great fit. The lanai (patio) could have been a little cleaner. This area can also use an upgraded futon/sleeper sofa. So convenient to have the parking space. Nice to have washer/dryer. Lani was a great hostess!!
This is a great place to stay! You can't get a better view of Waikiki Beach. It's only a 1/2 block walk to the beach. Very close to all of the shops! Hope to stay there again.
Our 3rd time here. The view and size of apartment has us back each time. This place is amazing but just 3 things that disappointed us this time.
1. The pool wasn’t available for the whole month and we weren’t advised on booking.
2. There was construction in the apt next door, drilling & banging each day.
3. The apartment is dated and needs new furniture applicances, utensils etc. Nothing has been updated or added since our last stay here 3yrs ago. Taps leaking, doors jamming etc..
But we still loved it! it’s just tired and needs TLC.

I will1000% rent this unit again, the view is much better than even the pictures suggest. The ease of beach access compared to a hotel is wonderful. And the size of the unit for the area is huge.
The property manager is so responsive and helpful at every turn. Every issue we had she took care of immediately!
We always felt safe with the on duty security guard always there and the secure access and parking.

The cons:
Definitely needs some refreshing, think new paint, deterioration, use from renting. Likely deferred due to covid.
Pool closed in the middle of our stay and won’t be open until next fall. The alternatives offered weren’t great and with small children a pool was an important amenity to us. When we come back we will wait for the pool to be open.
