Beautifully refurbished condo including all new flooring, new cabinets and granite counters, and new bathroom including new tile shower, cabinet, and granite counter. The work was completed in June 2020. New living room furniture March 2016. Sleeps four with California king in bedroom and queen sleeper in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen including frig with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, and range with full size oven. Flat screen 32 inch TV and cable WI-FI. There is a washer and dryer in the condo. BBQ grills are available. A heated pool and hot tub are located in the courtyard area. Our condo is just steps from an uncrowded ocean beach ideal for walking and swimming.

Please note the pool area is closed September 11 - 25, 2023 for annual maintenance....

We were above and beyond impressed with this condo and location. So happy we picked this place. We’ve been to Maui many, many times and this is now our favorite place to stay. The location was perfect, the condo and all the amenities we’d ever need (stocked with beach items), size perfect, so clean and up to date, and the view was even better in person (spectacular). The owner was so helpful and provided great advice. Everyone was so friendly and the beaches were great for a morning or evening walk. Sugar Beach was never crowded. What a great retreat!

Everything was as listed on the website, with bonus of beach chairs and umbrellas that we used daily!! Marco was very responsive and was very accommodating. Wonderful experience!!
