We greatly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. There is no AC, but the rooms have ceiling fans and two other fans are provided as well. We loved having two full bathrooms and laundry. Nothing like sitting on the balcony in the morning listening to the roosters and admiring the beautiful grounds.
Two thumbs up for sure! Amazing location & clean & comfortable. We are so happy we booked the North Shore Condo in advance & hope to visit again in the future.

Part of what I love about VRBO and other companies like it is the more personal nature of the experience. A property like the Cliffs has a much more corporate feel which has its pluses and minuses. The condo was very clean and outfitted with needed supplies and many nice-to-haves including beach gear. The kitchen amenities could use a review—very little microwave safe dishes (despite there being a microwave), a toaster that’s on its last days, lack of storage containers. The ice maker is a welcome plus! The biggest downfall of this condo is the sleeper sofa, which is honestly not appropriate for sleeping. In my opinion it should be considered for replacement but definitely not offered as a viable sleeping option. Overall the condo was a good fit for us and we’d consider staying at this location again on a future visit to the Garden Island!
This was such a perfect condo for my family of 3. Space for everything we needed, comfy beds, fantastic location near places we wanted to go. The property is gorgeous and lots of activities available right on site.

Had a nice stay in Princeville. The condo is well kept. It has beach chairs, umbrella and beach bag with miscellaneous snorkeling gear. There are 2 bathrooms and one bedroom. The unit does not have air conditioning but has a nice cross breeze when the windows are open. It has ceiling fans and stand alone fans, we were never too warm. It is equipped with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishes with a few pots and pans. There are food trucks that come to the Cliffs on certain nights. When you check in the staff gives you a calendar of events. The pizza from Carabella's was awesome. There are also bikes for rent at the complex. The only downside to this condo is waking up at 3:30 am to roosters crowing! It is Kauai and they are all over the island.
We have stayed at The Cliffs on three prior visits, all with an ocean front condo. We chose to switch it up this year and choose another condo on the property. This unit is exactly as advertised. Clean, updated, quiet (aside from the roosters - not much you can do about that). This was a great value to be able to still enjoy the Cliffs property. The balcony has a nice garden view where the cardinals, mynas, and doves visited us every morning and dinner. Kitchen was clean and updated, bathrooms the same. Beach chairs and umbrella came in handy. Overall, fantastic experience.

Beautiful location. Saw lots of whales jumping and enjoyed spending time exploring many hikes and beaches.

We stayed here for 4 nights as the first leg of our Kauai vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location is great if you’re looking for a little solitude, but access to amenities will require a car.
We enjoyed our comfortable stay at this unit. The condo is spacious with all the amenities you could need. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed both the front and back lanais. The back lanai is adjacent to the wooded area behind the condo making it great for some peace and relaxation. The overall property and pool area is nice as well.

We loved Terry's place at The Cliffs! Very clean on arrival, easy check-in process and wonderful amenities on the resort. Having access to the fitness centre and hot tub really elevated our stay. Plus it was an easy drive to the nearby beautiful Hanalei Bay. There's no AC, but we found it was fine with just the provided fans anyways. It was a great home base for our stay on Kauai and we would highly recommend.
Looking to relax and unwind in beauty the Cliff is the place to be. We had an amazing time! The home was just as describe with wonderful views and really nice people. The beaches are to die for but if beaches aren’t your thing rest assure the pools and hot tubs on the resort are also amazing so no need to leave. The host was very responsive and accommodated us for checking and check out which was also very nice. Our family will definitely be back.
Property was adequately stocked with things such as folding chairs, umbrella, boogie board. Patios are super nice. Kitchen was great, bed comfortable, nice bathrooms. Everything was nicely decorated.

This place is phenomenal! The apartment is beautifully decorated and very pleasant; the resort grounds are stunning, with beautiful garden, pavilion for cooking and quiet swimming pools. Above all is the location by the sea and wonderful sandy beach. Helen and Barry are wonderful hosts, going above and beyond to maximize our stay. We particularly appreciated their kind offer for a late check-out so we could take advantage of our last day before flying out. The pavilion and nearby BBQs make the place perfect for dinner all fresco. We will definitely come back.
My fiancé and I loved this condo! It was exactly what we were looking for with a nice pool, kitchen, views, walking distance from some adventures. They go above and beyond at the cliffs with service and hospitality. Bike rentals, tennis, pickleball, and others are available free of charge as well! The condo provided beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkels (warning: try to snorkels with caution, they don’t all work very well). The bed was very comfortable and the condo was cozy and felt like home! I would absolutely stay here again!
This was our second time staying at The Cliff's complex and we loved it. The condo is modern and has a full kitchen and lots of beach items to borrow. My son especially loved the pool area. Our favorite part is The Cliff's has a family pool and an adults-only pool which means the kids can have fun without disturbing others. We will definitely return!

The property is spacious, clean, quiet and well-appointed. Comfortable bed and furnishings, and plenty of cookware in the kitchen. We appreciated the availability of beach chairs and toys and a boogie board in the unit. Our teens were delighted with the number of free activities on the property - tennis, basketball, pickleball, bike rentals, a putting/chipping green. Also the quiet, rolling roads of Princeville make for great running in the morning hours. The owner responded immediately when we had a question ahead of our visit. Check in/out was simple. We would certainly stay again.
Very nice, clean well appointed condo. Large with 3 lanais and nice garden view. Comfortable king bed. 2nd story with 14 steps is the only drawback if carrying luggage up stairs is an issue.
The unit was one of the cleanest I've been it - housekeepers do a great job! Location was nice and the unit/property had everything we needed. I feel it was a great value and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!
We arrived at the property and were greeted by a much larger suite than we were expecting. This property had it all. A large bedroom, one full bathroom and one with a toilet, sink and shower. There is a good sized dining area, galley style kitchen that is fully stocked, large sitting area and two lanais, one off the bedroom and the other much larger one by the kitchen and sitting area. We spent a great deal of our time on the latter lanai. The room is equipped with quality beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella as well as snorkel gear and a wake board. There are also some sand toys for the children. The properties grounds are very well manicured and kept clean. There are multiple communal covered areas that house barbeques on the grounds. The one opposite to our building boasted 5 brand new grilles which were often seen being used. We used them three times during our stay. Approximately, 100 yards from our building (#2) there is a sitting area overlooking the ocean from the clifftop. This is beside buildings 8 and 9. There are dozens of sturdy adirondack chairs for you to sit on and enjoy whale watching and the waves crashing onto the rocks. The complex offers daily events like nature walks, yoga, lectures on the island and even brings in food trucks on some days. A pizza food truck arrived on the Monday and Wednesday that we were there. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property based on its size, competitive cost and location.
