    Starter set includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, lotion, bath soap for your first night. Towels and linens provided based on occupancy and length of stay.

    Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
    We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
    We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
    1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee ...

    The property was beautiful and very clean. We loved our stay, we had friends next door so we were able to use their pool, which is the only downfall at all to this property. Very well appointed and am already looking forward to a return trip. M & D

    I will return. Good location. Upstairs from Red Lobster and other restaurants, and close to McDonalds and other restaurants. On mariner, good view of water and boats and them pulling out and coming in. Close to Ala Moana Shopping Mall, Wal-Mart and other stores. Close to Waikiki. Parking garage, and you can park on same level as the unit. Convenient walk to unit and loading and unloading. Location is easy to get there to and from airport or anywhere in the island. Like the full kitchen. Not as noisy when you are right in Waikiki where you hear sirens and lots of traffic. Also, nice watching people strolling or jogging down below. Unit’s far up for privacy yet you can hear people conversing, readying their boats to leave for the day, or just look out to the mariner, and beyond to boats and ships sailing by. Relaxing. I like the unit. I’m going back.

    We enjoyed being close to the harbor and beach. The view from the deck is very nice. Great views of the sunset in the evening.

    Property had a great view of the marina. Location was in an excellent spot for easy walking access to Waikiki beach, shops, restaurants, and nearby excursions. Also good location for public transport/bus stops.

    We really enjoyed our stay here for our first time in Hawaii. Our accommodations were exactly as we had expected. We loved getting up every morning to see the Marina/ocean view and to see the sunset in the evening. We would definitely stay here again. Just expect to pay for parking.

    This beautifully decorated condo has ample linen, towels, cookware, beach supplies and a lot more. The king bed was so comfy and thankfully there weren’t any loud neighbors. However, there is a bar located on the first floor and there was little ruckus on St. Patty’s day, which I guess is a given (nothing major). My only recommendation is to buy your own spices, oils and coffee as the kitchen doesn’t offer any. Overall, this condo was perfect for our Waikiki getaway!
