Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome located at Waikoloa Colony Villas.

Condo offers central AC with ceiling fans located throughout. The main level includes a comfortable living area with a sofa sleeper, lanai, fully equipped kitchen and half bath.
Upstairs is the primary suite with a Cal-King bed, flat screen TV, and private lanai. The on-suite bathroom includes a separate shower stall and tub, and dual sinks. The second bedroom is also located upstairs and offers a King bed with a flat screen TV. There is a full bathroom located just outside the bedroom with a shower/tub combination.

The villa is at a premier location in the Waikoloa Colony Villa Resort gated complex, which has it's own Jacuzzi spa, fitness center and tennis courts. It is within the world destination Waikoloa Beach Resort with lovely A-Bay Beach, the Kings and Queens shopping centers, many good restaurants and the Marriott and Hilton Waikoloa Beach Resorts. The central location on the South Kohala Coast features an average of 350 days of sunshine a year and temperatures in the 70s and 80s, only varying an average of 5 degrees from summer to winter. Waikoloa Beach Resort has everything you need for water sports - snorkeling, dive boats, whale watch boats, equipment rental stores and more.

The island's best beaches are close by with A-Bay a 5 minute drive and many world-class beaches a short drive from the resort, including Hapuna State Beach. The beautiful, warm ocean waters feature turtles, dolphins and whales (December-March). Water adventures from snorkeling, diving, paddle boarding, fishing and sailing/whale watching/snorkeling cruises are available from the resort. The townhouse was really nice and comfortable. We utilized the pool and tennis court. Location was great! We want to come back soon! One suggestion for improvement: having blackout blinds or shades in the bedrooms would have been nice so you can sleep in on vacation if desired. Thanks for the great stay!

We stayed for 7 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the property. Exactly as described and well stocked with beach gear to make use of. We enjoyed the communal pool and the tennis court too. Air con also worked well.

This rental had everything we needed to enjoy thr beaches, located pretty close to the pool for our kids to enjoy each evening. Had plenty of beach equipment which was a bonus, and the kitchen was well appoonted for our family of 6. We cooked all our meals and enjoyed the bbqs beside the pool. We were missing a few linens, but this was quickly looked after :) thanks for helping to make an amazing family vacation :)

Our time on the Big Island staying at our Kona Coast Vacations property was absolutely FANTASTIC!! The property was spotless, spacious, all amenities you could ever need and completely gorgeous!!
