Overall impression was honestly how everyone in the reviews said it was perfect. Few things I would tell others that might stay.1. The bed is horrendous. It was a old bed, needs a new COMFORTABLE matresss. Matressnwas extreamly hard. We found two air matresses in closet and tried sleeping on them. Deflated by morning. We also tried the couches and both were extreamy hard to sleep on.Extra bedding was in the closet, which we had to wash all of the blankets because they smelled like mildew. As well as all the towels as they smelled as well.The home was pretty clean, but would be great with a few updated, or lowered nightly cost. For the price we paid in total to stay , we would of liked better accommodations.Bev, was wonderful. Pleasure to meet her ans chit chat. You could tell she enjoyed helping.Plus side, the place had plenty of room and a array of things for the beach. Complex was nice and quiet. Looking forward to my own bed and a restful sleep.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect if you are looking for something a little more relaxed and layed back. The grounds were beautiful and had a great pool. The bed was a little firm for our liking, but the condo itself was great. It was nice having 2 bathrooms and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to enjoy cooking your meals. Bev was great and very helpful during our stay. Mahalo!

We had an amazing stay for our honeymoon. The area is quite and beautiful. The condo had everything we needed, and Bev was wonderful to deal with. We came I. Very late and she was very accommodating. We can't wait to come back.
A little confusion with check-in but with some help from Bev and security, we got settled into our rental without issue.Upon initial walk-in, the condo smelled and looked dated. The only ac unit is in the living room (back portion of the unit). Throughout our stay, we could not feel the ac from the master bedroom. There's a floor fan and ceiling fan in the master but most nights were muggy and humid. The shower in the master bath was very dirty. Found a dead roach on the floor and walls were caked with heavy soap scum. We had to do some cleaning before using. The kitchen was well stocked and clean, but, the living room furniture was stained and smelled funny. This unit is in dire need of a deep clean and furniture overhaul.Aside from the cons, what we loved and enjoyed most about this unit were the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit, 24 hour security, free parking, location on the island, and access to the resort. We would definitely return to Turtle Bay, however, would opt on staying in another condo.

Clean and plenty of room to relax. The proximity to all of the beaches and hikes was perfect. Great place to go to visit Hawaii and not be stuck in a city.
Excellent price. The property was close to exiting the resort and made it possible to walk to the trails, beach, and to the resort restaurants. The only minus was that we thought that we would be able to enjoy a breakfast on the lanai but outside of the screened porch there was a large patch of red dirt that discouraged going out back - it also effected the golf course view. I suggest that the association landscape that area - as it seemed none of the units in that building had a great area in back. All in all, we were very satisfied with the unit. The washer and dryer were appreciated. The laundry sheets and Snorkle equipment were nice extras. The fans and ac kept the unit cool. We enjoyed visiting Haleiwa, Waimea Falls, and Ted’s one day and spent another exploring Laie Point and the Polynesian Cultural Center. Point to know - the beach loungers at the main hotel are free to use after 5 pm. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us.
Great place and location to stay.
The condo needs a strong professional cleaning.Needs new towels and sheets and blankets.Needs new shower in small bathroom.The red rug smells of urine.The windows and air conditioning are really dirty.Over promised and under delivered.Great location.
Disappointing place for the price, seemed outdated, the sofas were stained and uncomfortable. However the carpets appeared newer, the place is very dark inside due to bottom level, dark indoor color on walls and dark countertops even with curtains open. Small sugar ants on lower baseboards going up the wall in the living room on same side as AC unit. The AC buttons don't function even after we replaced the batteries, without the AC and fans on it was stuffy and hot. We weren't aware of construction going on next to our unit either. The property person Bev was nice on the phone, but we never met in person, she left the door open with keys in a dish for the doors and gate.She offered for us to use leftover groceries in the fridge on check in, but truly these should have been tossed before the next guest arrived. The kitchen garbage was full smelled of old trash. Bedding seemed old, dusty and only 1 pillow per person, dirty. Refrigerator had old food from prior guest, old ice and opened food in freezer smelled bad. TV buttons without instructions on how to operate and property manager not able to work them, other than the bedroom ones. I thought she would come down and meet us and show us where the pool and garbage were, but we were left to find on our own. We were also unaware of remodeling or construction happening in a nearby unit which was obnoxious. Disappointing stay

Great to have two bathrooms! Clean, Comfortable condo in short walking distance of Turtle Bay. Everything we needed was there and more. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Nice to have an assigned parking space outside of the unit. A car is necessary for exploring the area. Our favorite beaches were Sunset and Waimea and we liked going to the town, Haleiwa for more economical dining options. Good central location for exploring the North Shore.
I don't think I've ever slept so well on vacation! The bed was cozy, the gentle breeze made the A.C. unnecessary, and the birdsong is amazing. The unit had pretty much everything we needed. And the location was excellent, especially for beaches and food trucks. I would come back in a heartbeat!
It was a very nice condo with new floors and carpet. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of towels and beach towels. The sofas are well used for sure. We had a few dead roaches and a couple of live ones the first few days and then none. Wonderful cross breeze with the doors open! Close to grocery stores and shopping. Love the resort property. We can’t say enough about our property manager Bev. She responsive to any questions we had!
Stay was great. Grounds of complex are beautiful. Unfortunately they have the exact carpet that we had in a home previously. It shows badly and does not clean properly. The condo will be 100% better once the carpet is replaced.

We loved our stay here. It was convenient to go both south to a Kahuku and north to Hale’iwa. Beach chairs and an umbrella were a nice touch to have available. There was also a cooler that we didn’t end up using but felt it was a good perk.
As usual, there were no problems at all. We enjoy staying here and will do so again next year.

This is a great condo to use as a base to explore all the north shore has to offer. It is comfortable place to stay with all you need to enjoy your stay. There are great beaches very close to the condo. The only complaint I have is a lack of easily assessable plugs for charging tech items.
this condo is in an older building, but the unit was well. Cap slightly upgraded had everything you could need.
There is a small lanai, perfect for cocktails or coffee
The beach was a very short walk maybe 10 minutes
The condo was in a great location on the golf course. The condo was a good value but was in need of some updates to the furniture and bathrooms. Most other apartments in the area had multiple AC units while this condo only had one in the living room making the bedroom warm in the summer. Overall, I would recommend this place for the budget friendly stay.
All around satisfying service, amenities and location. The landscape was the highlight, so many beautiful plants, trees and loved the birds.
I feel like the first picture doesn't do this WONDERFUL condo justice. We have been out to the islands many times (tried different types of stays), but never an extended stay up in North Shore. Aka, I didn't really know what to expect housing-wise, especially being "outside" the resort.
I/we were completely blown away with EVERYTHING - we knew we were in good hands the second we pulled into the resort. The condo's location is perfect. You can walk to the resort, you're a few miles left and right of amazing beaches, food/shrimp trucks, and Ted's Bakery (which we went to every morning). It's truly the ideal location for folks who want to get away from the hustle and bustle, while also having their home-away-from-home feel up in North Shore.
The hosts are incredibly helpful and responsive, and their friend Bev is an angel (felt like I was talking to my grandmother). We felt like long lost friends, and everything was just so personable and laid back.
There is 0 doubt we will be booking this place again, pending availability, when we venture back up to North Shore. You should do the same :)
