It was an amazing experience! The view from the place is spectacular! We enjoyed many morning on the lanai. The rooftop was incredible! We would barbecue our dinner up there and watch the sunsets. It really doesn’t get better! The customer service was excellent! I would send a text or email and get a response within minutes. Wow!! I can’t thank you all enough for Your quick responses and help.

We loved this condo! The location was incredible, having a gorgeous beach steps away could not be beat. The view from the master blew us away. Hearing the waves crash against the shore every morning was the best way to wake up. The Hawaiian Moons across the street was awesome for coffees and sandwiches and healthy snacks and there were a ton of food trucks nearby. We ate very well 😜. Don’t miss the farmers market on Saturday mornings...hands down the best tamales we’ve ever had!

Great location with easy access to all Maui attractions. Condo update so pleasant place to stay. Host’s staff very responsive in responding to our questions. Beautiful ocean view and enjoy sunset from condo or beach. Close to upscale shopping and even groceries if you prefer to use the kitchen for some of your meals.
Fantastic balcony views, beautiful rooftop sunsets, an all around dream come true family vacation.
Great location. Easy short walks to pretty much anything you need. Or an easy drive out to explore the island. Great beach right outside the door. And great food in the area.
Great location but need new carpet
I have stayed in a few of the units here. It's always just me and one other friend and enjoy the separate bedrooms and bathrooms for space and privacy. This unit is comfortable and fun with everything you could ever want or need. King beds in both rooms and they are both amazingly comfortable. Was surprised there was no dining table or chairs. There are stools and a counter. Overall it is a great unit in the ways that matter! I will be back.
We have stayed and numerous units in this complex over the last 20+ years. The owners have done a great job making use of the space with the upgrades they have done. The furnishings were nice, though we would have appreciated one more comfortable chair in the common area. Wonderful views of the ocean, W Maui mountains and Kam I. Sadly the unit had problems when we arrived. It was not as clean as we would have liked. I actually washed off the kitchen screen in the shower because you could hardly see out of it. Top of frig was covered in dust. There was a bottle cap in the garbage disposal. The washing machine did not work for our first 3 days. The linen situation was scant. There was not a bath mat to step out of the tub on in the guest bath. There were only 2 kitchen towels, so we needed to wash them frequently. One of the beds had a waterproof mattress pad like you would use for those with incontinence problems, which we had never encountered before. The beach umbrellas were broken.
Fortunately, the management company responded immediately to our concerns and were friendly and efficient.
Great location, whales were in abundance this time of year. Small issues with television remotes were handled very promptly(Super Bowl weekend), the kitchen area could use a deep clean.

This clean and nicely appointed condo has priceless views from the balcony, master bedroom and living room. At ground level the lawn, pool and beach are only steps away.
The town of Kihei itself is not upscale like Wailea or Kaanapali. Ultimately we appreciated that laid back atmosphere. There were some nice local restaurants and conveniences within walking distance. We selected Kihei for its central location to all island destinations. It was perfect.
The Atari games machine was a fun touch. The only negative was a unsightly and extremely loud AC unit on the balcony.
I’ve stayed at the Andaz and thought of taking my parents there but this was a third of the price and they loved it. We shared a living room and balcony. The Sunny staff was quick to respond and helped us get the TV working. One night we didn’t have a parking spot because someone must have parked in the lot unauthorized but we parked in the lot across the street with no issues.
This 2 bed, 2 bath is mere steps from a gorgeous beach with plenty to do. Turtles and snorkeling galore, with the occasional whale in the distance. The property management company was awesome to deal with the entire booking and during the stay.
After spending 10 great days there, we would definitely recommend, cant imagine staying anywhere else.
We had an awesome and relaxing time in your beautiful condo. Weather was fabulous, beaches memorable, Local Boys shack for shaved ice and Sansei for sushi are a definite must visit when we return. The views from the lanai and grounds will be lasting memories. Thank you very much. Mahalo!
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home! We have been coming to Maui for 8 years and have stayed at the Royal Mauian 7 of those years. A lot of love & thought was put into tis special space in Maui and we have truly enjoyed it!
