If your dates aren’t available in same room layout and view for entire stay it may be available if you are okay with moving rooms within the resort
Rooms assigned on check-in and more desirable units are given to bookings done 6-12 months in advance.
Rates are for category Mountain View. View can be of mountains, marina or unfortunately the parkade based on booking date.
Standard week starts on a weekend and additional days can be added before or after. Ocean room categories are more
IMPORTANT:
Mid-week cleaning only available for 7 nights or more. Villa assigned upon check-in.
Room taxes (approx $29/day) are extra and collected by the resort.
Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club is an upscale timeshare resort just half an hour from Honolulu. Spacious 2 bedroom with full kitchen features king size bed and over-sized tub in master suite. Washer and dryer in villa for your convenience.
Guests have full resort access and free parking for one car, free WiFi and free DVD rentals.
I will be available by phone if you have any questions or concerns during your stay. Room preferences can be requested. Room décor may look different from pictures but layout will be the same.

Ko'olina is paradise. It never disappoints. The property is very roomy for our large family & includes everything your need. The pools, lagoon, Hawaiian shave ice, restaurants & all the activities make for a perfect vacation.

Staying here is always a dream vacation, even for those of us who live on island! This was my first time in a 2 bedroom unit and it is so comfortable and accommodating. Melinda was amazing from beginning to end. She even sent a couple of texts during our stay just to be sure everything was going smoothly. Check In and Check Out are seamless, absolutely no wait. The reflection pool remains our favorite...a little removed from the "family fun" happening in the other pool areas. As always, Longhi's did not dissappoint (the lobster benedict remains my favorite) and we kept the Longboard servers busy with our poolside drink orders for sure! We made use of the BBQ grills, which offer amazing views and beautiful sunsets while you prepare your dinner and chat with other guests. Would love to go back soon...A Hui Hou!

We had a great time and want to return!Hawaii wasn’t a place we originally considered going because Wayne and I aren’t big beach people, but my Dad recommend it for a family trip. Surprisingly, we’re already talking about when we can return.ABOUT THE HOTEL -They have 3 pools. One is quite for those who want to relax, one had a polo net and basket and a splash pad area for younger kids, and the third is the most fun. That has a water slide, 3 waterfall, 2 bridges you can swim under. The deepest was only 5-feet making us comfortable allowing our 11 year old to swim alone, which she loved! The lagoon was fun to play in and not overly crowded. While we could only find available poolside chairs in the morning, we had no issues finding a chair along the beach. I loved that it didn’t feel crowded.Getting to and from the hotel was easy as well as getting around the hotel. Nearly every was really friendly and helpful.The one recommendation I would have is better food options at the hotel. They have 2 restaurants on site which are fine, nothing special, and an expensive market. But there are other markets and restaurants nearby.ABOUT THE PERSON RENTING -She was great to work with. I hadn’t rented a timeshare before, so I asked a lot of questions including non typical questions. The woman was quick to respond to all my questions. I would, and will, recommend anyone to rent through her.

Everything was better than we expected. The resort facilities were very good, also the restaurant was very good food. we could order food and drinks on the beach, so we could relax comfortably, the rooms were very clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

Melinda was an incredible host. She shared helpful updates before our trip started and helped provide better than expected accommodations for our trip. First class experience all around. The property was perfect for our trip. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which worked well for my parents and our 3 children ages 8, 11, and 12. The pools have one decent water slide and several fun waterfalls. Ample hot tubs throughout. The pools are steps to the lagoon beach area.We leveraged a rental car for our day excursions and parking onsite was great.Wonderful trip - thank you Melinda!
