Fantastic location, accessable to everywhere. Very private and quiet. Well maintained property, beautiful views across the bay.
Well maintained property and appliances, towels and supplies. Only negative is the parking spot is a bit far in an adjoining lot.

Lovely condo with a beautiful view! Convenient location from which to explore the island. Condo was fully stocked with everything we needed including pots & pans, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. I would certainly stay at this condo again next time I visit Maui.
We stayed for 9 nights and the view was very spectacular and beautiful. The house wasn't clean and dust was in every stuff (living room, bedroom, etc) and in the kitchen floor. The worst part was having small cockroaches moving around on the cabinets, drawers, counter, and in the bathroom floor. Every time, I wanted to grab cups, spoons and etc saw small cockroaches and we had to wash utensil before using them. I let the manager knew and they just place some bait in the kitchen but it didn't work and we saw those cockroaches until the last day of the stay. Additionally, The bathtub stopper wasn't hold the water in the bathtub and we let them know and didn't fix it and seemed didn't care.
Overall, great. Only problems were the kitchen faucet is a leaky piece of crap. The glass louvers in the bedroom window do not seal and the wind whistles through them all night at a high volume. We were very happy with our stay otherwise.
This condo has an amazing view. You feel as if you are on a boat. The wind was wild at times, but I love the wind, and you never need to turn the air conditioning on. The one thing g that could have made it more convenient was a shopping cart for groceries going up the elevator. It is quite a task to take up a lot of groceries. Thanks for the stay in your wonderful condo.

We have stayed at the Island Sands many times over the years. To us there is no better place. IS310 was no exception, great views, clean, well stocked and quiet. There were turtles on the little beach every day. One day there was five on the beach. What a great place!! Thank you for your hospitality We will be back!!
Check in was super easy. Unit had everything we needed and a spectacular view. We loved watching the turtles swimming from the deck. In the evening's turtles would come out of the water to rest for the evening on the small section of sandy Beach.
This place is the very best. We set on the lanai everyday, watched turtles, drank coffee and soaked up the ocean views. The condo was furnished well and we found in our 17 day stay that we had all the amenities necessary to have a fabulous time. We walked on the beach and played in the ocean..We are arranging our schedule to book this condo again In 2025
The condo is just as described, beautiful and the views are amazing. Clean and organized and the process could not have been easier. Will stay again!!
The condo was more spacious than it seemed in the pictures. Loved having the washer/dryer. The views were relaxing and we enjoyed watching the turtles from our lanai. The cold filtered water was appreciated. The bed was comfortable and guaranteed parking was a plus. When I had a question about the property the owner was quick to respond. We had a pleasant stay.
There were great views from the lanai. Could watch whales every morning. location was central to everything we wanted to do.

Quiet little neighborhood, beautiful veiws, located in the center of the island, close to everything.
Maalea is the best place to stay in Maui's dry coast. Quiet, with little traffic and stunning views of Haleakala. Among the condo buildings in the area, Island Sands has always been one of our favorites. We now discovered yet another unit in the building that we can wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you!
We enjoyed our stay in Maalaea. The view from the balcony was spectacular, and just like the photos. We also enjoyed the pool area. Highly recommend!
