Our priority is your enjoyment and comfort. Since the purchase of our condo in Summer 2010, we have made significant improvements to all areas with the most recent being a beautiful, full tile walk-in shower and kitchen countertops and appliances. We want your stay to be relaxing and memorable in our tropical hide-away!
Relax on the covered lanai in the filtered shade of a magnificent Money Pod tree. When it rains, enjoy the royal garden view from the shelter of the fully covered lanai. Take in the view and fragrance of plumeria trees and hibiscus from the chaise lounges. Enjoy eating on the lanai with table seating for 4.
A stainless steel, double BBQ is just 50 steps away. Cleaned daily by management staff to just like new.
Walking to the beach takes 2 minutes. Complimentary beach chairs and towels are available at the Beach Hut. A fresh water open air shower is beach side to wash the salt water and sand away. The Great Lawn is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the ocean in the shade of a swaying palm.
You will be captivated by the Kiahuna Plantation gardens. The Monkey Pod tree just outside our unit is majestic and commands your attention.
Membership benefits at the Poipu Beach Athletic Club are included. Enjoy the pool, hot tub, cardio equipment, weight room, tennis and more.

Please note: We do not have air conditioning. Our unit is shaded much of the day thanks to the wonderful, massive canopy of the adjacent Monkey Pod tree. With our end of the building location, we are also blessed with additional windows to provide extra ventilation.

We absolutely loved our stay at this unit in Poipu! This unit was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful grounds, well maintained unit, the unit has the Koa kea and Marriott on the left, and Sheraton on the right. We had sunset drinks at all of the neighboring resorts, we even walked to the Beach House for dinner and drinks (it’s a decent walk, not many Ubers on the island). We found ourselves out hiking, snorkeling, and navigating most of the island throughout our time, how this unit is great to return for the night, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. I can’t say enough great things about this unit, and the property it’s within. We will be returning again!
