We had an amazing first trip to Kauai!This condo is wonderful! Great kitchen, comfortable beds, two bathrooms, air conditioning, beautiful ocean view, three lanais. The condo is spacious, clean and well cared for.The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The barbecue area was also great. There is a great snorkel beach is across the street. Old Koloa Town and Poipu Beach are short drives away. We rented a car and were able to explore much of the island. We hope to return to Kauai someday and would not hesitate to rent this wonderful condo again.Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! Mahalo!
Family vacation went well. Totally of 12 family members that stayed at the resort. Enjoyed the pool and BBQ. Great location see the turtles and beach. Beach House restaurant was a plus with great food and watch the sunset.

It's a nice place. Ground floor. Comes with beach chairs and umbrellas. Nice pool. Second bedroom is a Murphy bed.
Great space in this unit if traveling with more than 2 persons. Just note that second queen bed is a sideways Murphy so 1 person is crammed up against the side making it difficult to get out.There is no AC and even with all the windows open & a few fans,it got very warm at times. Great location & property. Main bedroom & LR very comfortable. Fully stocked which was great!

We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning from the lanai with our coffee, and then heading out to walk to shops, sightseeing and beaches. The swarms of parakeets were fascinating to watch both morning and dusk. We enjoyed the resident chickens, too.
The unit was very easy to check-in to, very well stocked, very comfortable, and very clean. Natural ventilation and ceiling fans kept the place fairly comfortable throughout the day and night. The property is nicely maintained. Very nice pool, and clean bbq area.
There were a couple of hiccups, however, the owner was very responsive and helpful. We would recommend this unit
The host is so informative and promptly responds. The property is clean and spacious. Air conditioning is not even needed with the great ventilation and breeze. It is across the street from the beach. The pool and BBQ area are tidy. Parakeets will visit the trees. Roosters and chickens welcome you. Easy access to so many activities and relaxation.so welcoming. I highly recto
The condo had 2 nice size bedrooms. We each had our own bathroom.
We had issues getting the lockbox off.
We were pleased with the location and the facilities.
Excellent place to unwind
We loved our stay, the suite was very spacious and as pictured in the listing. The only issue was the check out time. The VRBP property listing advertised the checkout time as 11am. The details recurved just days before the trip showed the checkout time as 10am, as did the book in the suite. Just suggesting that the VRBO listing check out time be changed to 10am so there is less confusion in the future for renters. Other than that, the suite was lovely.
